Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

the wings are usually 10/10 but zaxbys has changed their meat supplier and the wings are nasty. The wings are bigger but far less quality.

Purchasing a drive-thru Zalad for dinner, I found it not to be cold & crispy, but warm & wilty, very skimpy with the lettuce and far too generous with the nacho strips. There was ample chicken, but not hot & fried way too hard. Truly disappointed & won't be returning.

It has a good atmosphere but the service leaves a lot to say and speaking of the food they have to put a little more effort into it.....

Most of the time I go to this Zaxby's I always have a subpar experience. I order my fries extra cripsy and rarely ever get them as such, they never offer or give me my reciept. I spoke to a manager before and let her know about the issue and was assured that she would take care of it. I went back a week or so later and I received my exactly as ordered and expected and I even got a reciept too.

I tried them again today and was not shocked at all. I placed my order via the app and when I arrived to pick up the order I was early. So I asked the drive through lady and asked if it was to late to get my fries extra crispy. I was told no and they will make it as such. I then arrived at the window and was asked to pull forward, which was not an issue. I arrived about 5 min before my scheduled pick up time but did not recieve my food for another 15 min later. When the employee brought me my food she was missing a drink which was not an issue. Another employee brought out my second drink. I left and when I started eating, about 10 min after I had departed I opened the bag to eat supper and the fries were not extra cripsy let alone cripsy, there were no straws in the bag either.

Long story short I can honestly say that I will NEVER patronize this loacation again. They will no longer get my money. I will take my business down the street to Huey Magoos where never have I ever had an issue with my order and they will make the fries extra crispy.

More corporate food chain robbery. Don't fall for this. Eat local! Tiny servings, engineered food made to look good without the quantity you'd expect, cooked in oil that's probably been calculated into the nutritional values and you're going to pay too much.

We stopped here about 4:30 pm on a Monday. There was NO ONE in the dining room and the drive thru was not super busy. FIRST of all, they changed the menu so in order to get the Signature Club you have to pay EXTRA to get the Club toppings so now all the sandwiches are basically the same except for the sauces which is idiotic. On top of that, I feel like we were overcharged for our food as a "punishment" for the fact that Asheville has no water due to the hurricane...almost a form of price gouging. They charged us a dollar for a WARM canned drink even though a drink is INCLUDED in the meal price. If they are doing that they should have changed the menu to reflect that. The menu board showed $9.29 for the meals we got and we were charged $10.29. When we asked the "manager" why this happened since we already PAY for a drink in the meal price she said "The drinks are $1.00". I asked why when drinks are included in the price and she "Well we don't HAVE fountain drinks". I told her we felt overcharged because we PAID for a drink in the meal price and it's not our fault there's no water plus the drinks they CHARGED us for were warm and we couldn't even drink them. She said "It's not our fault either". She was very unprofessional. There were NO signs posted about the charge for a canned drink. Other fast food restaurants we visited since the hurricane GAVE a drink to replace to one included in their meal. Additionally, we ordered a Kickin Chicken meal that came out UNTOASTED with almost ZERO sauce on it. We will not be stopping at any Zaxby's in the future. We would have gotten better food at a better value in any number of REAL restaurants without shady practices like this. All I can say is watch your receipts and hope for a better manager if you stop in.

Zaxby's has had crispy chicken and fries the majority of times we've been. Always love the chicken's flavor though! Atmosphere always feels like it's modern and dark, like it's a nice and quiet place to eat, but I rarely see anyone eat in a Zaxby's. Except for the one West of Asheville in Waynesville or whatever W town it was called. It has a different and more southern atmosphere and I really liked it.

Sat in drive through for 30 min then got our food which is the wrong thing but the lady at the window sat and argued with us about it so pulled around to come inside and the lobby was closed. Awful service and didn’t get the food correct just make the drive to visit a different zaxbys. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have ordered several times from here and I have yet to see a time that the staff can differentiate from a regular Zax sandwich from a club sandwich. Several times I have paid for the club and have gotten a regular. When I talked to someone about it they asked why I didn’t check if it was right (why should you rely on me catching your mistakes?). My question to them: do you want people checking “their order for 5 min in your drive thru” or would you like to get it right in the first place because I have been chastised for doing both

Okay this one is crazy trying To charge me full price for a cup of water. I understand 25 cents 50 cents. But soft drink price for a cup of water. Got crazy that this is the only zax pies that's ever tried to do this

But now they could give me this little complimentary water. But I couldn't pay 2550 cents for a medium water. This is just absurd

Ordered a signature club sandwich, had no cheese or bacon on it. No sauces with my order even though I specifically asked for 2 ranches and paid for them. Sauce makes a meal for me so I am always disappointed when I don’t receive the ones I literally asked for.
