I absolutely love this establishment. Every server that’s ever waited on me was so kind and attentive. There’s one server in particular that is always so kind and lovely. I cannot remember his name but he makes the experience wonderful every single time. Delicious food at a reasonable price!
I and my husband are regular costumers, we come almost once a week. Today we had an incredibly horrible experience with very rude service, we were so shocked. We waited at the table over 10 minutes without any water, but the customers seated after us, they were served with drinks and salad. Other customers nearby were offered refills. And other tables were cleared around us. We finally had to remind the seater that we had not yet been greeted or offered water. Then a waitress (with black glasses and hair pulled back) came to us, she did not wait until we finished our order and just left. She left and said “I know what you want ”with a very rude and unpleasant tone. We were too shocked and angry to stay there for dinner. And now we need to take some time to heal our heart.

As regulars of Zen Sushi visiting at least once a week…Wow! Absolutely the worst service ever tonight! Not only did we have to remind the staff that we haven’t had basic water or greeting after 10 min, seated at our table but people seated after us and around us were being served, leaving us completely ignored. And after the waitress (with black glasses and pony tale) finally made it over to us, she walked off as we were completing our order and said rudely “I know what you want!” Extremely disappointed, not eating here tonight. Please address this waitress’s behavior!
