I eat here weekly (zen street tacos and the carrot ginger drink) and love it! They have a heated cabana next to the food truck and it's toasty in here even on the coldest days!

What potential the Love Shack has, yet it is not realized. Caving a warm veggie burger on a cold day, I ordered the Mac Daddy to go. $14 with tax! Oh well. It was a treat and the picture on menu looks huge, a double decker! Not! A small sandwich, very small, lightly embellished with a sprinkle of iceberg lettuce. Tasty sure but for a $14 burger I could have gotten 3 very comparable Burger King Impossible Burgers. Very cute, very Asheville. Hope it can survive on tourist trade alone cause it is not for the working Jo veg head.

This place has amazing burgers & fries- and best of all they are so healthy. Vegan, no soy, and so fresh. Yes, it's more pricey than your average food truck - but that is the premium you pay for quality and preservative free ingredients! LOVED IT!
