This place is a hidden gem. The service is always perfect and professional. I love going here. The atmosphere is great for the type of place, but it is not somewhere fancy. I want to give the atmosphere a 5, but I like to reserve that rating for a fancier location. Although the atmosphere may not knock your socks off, the food can! Everything I have tried here has been delicious and nicely priced. I love the brisket and onion rings! Their butter beans were fantastic.
Parking: I would drive out of my way to get food from here.
Place smelled like trash when we walked in. It could've been the proprietor. He looked like he hadn't bathed in a couple weeks. We didn't eat.

The Triple Threat burger is awesome and the BBQ Brisket, greens, and mac and cheese are perfect! Highly recommended and great job Johnnie! Will definitely return next time when we visit Emerald Isle!
Ate there a couple of weeks ago. The food was okay. The service was good. The facility needs to be updated. Ceiling tiles with water stains and a/c wasn't working. Also, they only take cash but had an ATM there. They had a low sanitation grade which made me leary to eat the food.

First time visiting! We ordered the brisket with Mac & cheese and collard greens, and a regular cheese burger. They were DELICIOUS and fast! I am very picky with my collard greens but this place does it perfect. Outdoor seating at the picnic tables were great and everyone was super friendly!

Burger was really dry, fries were cold and wr waited for a bit fir the food so u would think it would have been hot plus flies all in the restaurant
The food and fast service was phenomenal! We had a large group and the outside picnic tables were perfect. We ordered the brisket & burgers. So good! The collard greens were a big hit!
