This franchise runs out of chicken, runs out of bags to put the chicken in (whether on or off season), and the chicken is mediocre in flavor compared to other Bo Jangles that I use for fast food.

I like to say I’m very disappointed I went to bojangles to get a individual fry, went through the drive thru , left had to come back the first one was hard like it was recooked because they did have heat to them the potato was dried out , so I go back ask kindly for them to remake which they do no issue , my first fry I asked for extra seasoning so when the young lady brings me the second one out I kindly ask for the extra seasoning to be put back on them but with as light as these fries are this tells me there was never any seasoning on them and what I asked for was the first time seasoning was put on them I took I picture for proof they are plain and nasty now I’m annoyed because I love them extra seasoning but you barely put any like fix one thing to mess up the next

absolutely terrible , the worst attitude when you call to let them know they messed up and then try to prove a point when they KNOW they’re WRONG , tried to tell me since i worked at a bojangles i should know the time of the chicken having to be changed out from the warmer and i do and the chicken i got today was sitting there longer then an hour , the fries tasted like they were thrown in a microwave and the lemonade made my mother sick and said it tasted like they’re not cleaning whatever it’s stored in , i will be calling and reporting you people as well the food being absolutely old is ridiculous yall were EMPTY as hell and had ZERO customers and you can’t even switch your food or take the time to cook new food but had us pull up for what , i will be returning with an ATTITUDE the same way yall gave me one

Better than average cleanliness and food for bojangles, but wanted to say I was having some weird neuro issues and the cashier didn't mention it, gave me my kids meal before waiting for multiple people with bigger orders, and was just in generally very kind and good service. Anyways if you see this thank you!

I made en oder of 12 pic chicken everything was going good until they forgot my plate and cup that I asked for when i made the oder then when I get to work I realized that I didn't get my biscuit this place is a mess I well not be buying any more from here they should shut the place down !!!!
