My exwife/girlfriend have been going to Monkeys every time we can get to Atlantic Beach. Last week we dined there three times. During those times I asked for a couple of Key Lime pie slices for dessert and asked for a candle on one. I was asked what the occasion was and I said it was my girlfriend’s birthday. Not only did she return with a slice of pie with a candle but the whole bar broke out singing Happy Birthday! This place is our hang out when we visit AB. And before I forget the Shrimp/Crab Bisque is to die for!

Service was excellent 5/5. Food was good value for money so I gave a 5/5. Atmosphere was pretty good. The glare from the windows made it difficult to see. Anyway overall 5/5 all around.

Loved the blackened tuna sandwich. I had it without bread and wish they made it as a sandwich. Fun locals spot.

Went to the beach on a late afternoon trip. After the beach we needed a place to get food that wasn’t too expensive with our toddler. This place didn’t disappoint at all! Service was quick, food was very very good. I got the shrimp and the wife and toddler got a hotdog and burger.
Price was reasonable. Will definitely come back when we need a late night meal!

Waiter was almost nonexistent. Prices are extremely too high, then gratuity was added, and a tip, additionally, was solicited.

Came in an hour and 15 minutes before closing and they would not seat us 6 adults and a baby. I told them we just drove from Wilson 2 hours away just to eat there we've been eating here for years , never again been going down hill anyways.

We had visited earlier in the week with the family for chicken tender combos, subs and chicken sandwiches which were mighty tasty. Bossy Lady & I decided to go back this evening for the Ribeye steaks. Very good and with two sides plus a nice sized side salad it was perfect. We will definitely be back @ the Monkey Bar!
