We have a time share here which based on the week you stay it can cost anywhere from $50 a week to a few thousand. Last time I checked they have a few time shares still available. Despite having my week in November I still enjoyed it and did some fishing, flew a kite, went to the aquarium (a must see only a mile down the road) They do most of their repairs in the off season so that is one thing to consider but didn't bother us at all.

Enjoyed the rooms, hot tub, indoor pool,bit too cold for outdoor pool but looked great. With four women here for classes at caleract college, worked out great. Close so travel is not a problem
