Shark Shack is always a winner! We make it a point to stop here every year when we come to Atlantic Beach. We usually order several baskets and split them as a family. Our favorites include the fish bites, shrimp, and calamari. The outdoor space is family-friendly, with a few picnic tables and even a bean bag toss game. Our 9-month-old son loved the fish bites, and our 4- and 6-year-old daughters enjoyed the food too. Just be sure to check their hours before you go, especially if you’re visiting in the off season. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area!

Absolute best place to eat in AB. When I’m not there I miss it, when I’m on the way it’s all I think about, & when I get there it’s dinner the very first night. It’s an outdoor dining location so if you have a toddler or infant that has to be in a strapped seat, maybe go for takeout or bring a chair, but it is a family friendly establishment with safe foods for young ones as well!

Food was absolutely phenomenal! I got the fish sandwich it was flavorful, big, soft and flaky! The double burger was amazing!! Juicy and delicious in all the right ways!!! And the sauces!!!!! Are a must!!! The cilantro lime and dill lemon are chefs kiss!!! Go try this place if you haven’t yet!!!!

This place hands down had the best fish tacos in the area. It was such a chill spot and an absolutely gem of a spot if you have kiddos. The Buffalo shrimp were to die for and no joke … the ranch really was life changing! Thanks for serving such amazing food with a family friendly atmosphere.

The food is amazing. It's a small family owned business. They are very friendly and they stay busy due to how awesome their food is. My favorite is the Calamari. I also had seafood tacos. The southern sweet tea is so good. You can eat their or take it to go. It's all outside. The only downfall part is because it is all outside. If it storms, they are closed. So when you want to eat their everyday you can't if it is raining.

We had a great experience at the Shark Shack in Atlantic Beach. The fish bites were delicious—tender and well-seasoned, with just enough texture to be satisfying without being overly crispy. The hush puppies hit that perfect balance of golden and soft, definitely a highlight of the meal.
The real standout, though, was the atmosphere. It has this easygoing, coastal vibe that makes you feel instantly relaxed. As a parent of three energetic kids, I especially appreciated the fenced-in outdoor area. It gave the little ones space to run around safely, which meant we actually got to enjoy our food in peace.

this is a very cute little place with a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. we got a clam basket and shrimp basket with hushpuppies. all the food was fresh and hot. we will definitely be back again!

Food could use more seasoning. We tried fish bites, shrimp, clam strips, hush puppies, fries, and garlic cheese bites. The garlic cheese bites had the most flavor, but with that, the garlic was very strong. Coleslaw was a little odd tasting. Overall, it was okay. Just not sure what was missing.
