I ordered a Cuban and it was cold, the man who mad it surly, and the cashier literally said, "you can get it yourself" when we ordered drinks instead of using any type of politeness. The drinks were hot. You'll sit outside constantly waving flies away from your sandwich.

Parking: Parking for cars is out front, you can park your bike out front easily as well and if you are picking up, it’s honestly probably fine to not lock your bike. I never locked my bike up in this area and never had it stolen

I could not comment on the food here, because I couldn't order any!! ? Have heard so many good things about Sub Tropic. I tried to call in an order at 10:30 on Saturday morning, they never answered? Called 45 times.. Went by to order and it was very busy, but don't advertise phone orders if you are not going to honor them!!!!! Have a phone message maybe, "due to current crowd, we cannot take phone orders. When I asked about why they didn't take the phone orders they said, 'it would have been too confusing". So, when you are really busy, have a phone message stating you will not be taking phone orders at the moment. The workers were very nice when I asked about them not answering the phone.. Thank you..

Food is good, however no hours of operation are posted, so you never know when they will be open or not……unfortunately this is a issue to ever gain return customers. I went by here 5 times during the lunch time during my week stay in Atlantic Beach, and they were only once. ?
