Great beach bar with affordable drinks and excellent service! Be sure to bring your ID—and even your pup can hang out with you until 9 PM. The only drawback is that there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning, so I can imagine it gets pretty warm in the summer. Still, the atmosphere was awesome, and I’ll definitely be back!

We had a blast at the Tackle Box this past weekend. We were celebrating my 50th with my college besties. We did not know it was cash only and the bartender (good looking, also a fireman) came running to us and said he would give us cash if we venmo'd him. Best decision we ever made that night. The live music, bartenders and regulars made us feel like we were family! We went back the next night for a drink before dinner.... and then back to sing karaoke 🎤 after dinner. If you are looking for a fun time with an awesome atmosphere and cheap drink prices...this is the place! We will be back!!!

We came here as part of a wedding celebration, which was supposed to be a really special night, but unfortunately the bartenders completely ruined the experience. They were incredibly rude to us, dismissive, and even refused to serve us without explanation. What should have been a joyful and memorable evening turned into frustration and disappointment because of their attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

My wife and I visited Atlantic Beach the day after our wedding and came to this tavern. This might sound dramatic, but before this day I wasn’t a beer drinker. After this day, I defected. They had the best beers on tap. There was a mango draft beer that was probably the best I’ve ever had. That, combined with the beautiful location, weather, and service from our bartender created a memory I’ll probably have forever. If you need a beer, come here. If you don’t need a beer, come here all the same.

Disgusting unprofessional establishment with even worse staff. I seen some weird things going on behind the bar with the bartender guy naming drinks. Smells like piss and mold as soon as you hit the front doors and that should have been my first sign.. avoid this terribly disgusting and dishonest bar at all costs.
Solid little “dive” tacked onto the side of The Bite. Just a solid little spot to grab a bite and enjoy some brews in a low frills honest to God environment. From the beer to the patrons, it’s worth a stop!
