Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel

$20 a night to park in the hotel parking you are staying in, even handicapped parking which is free at Oak Island and Holden Beach wherever a handicapped parking space is! Not to mention they don’t tell you about the Nightly parking fee until you check in…I darn sure didn’t walk to the place of course I need a parking space, what a rip off!!! Won’t be back!

The staff is extremely friendly. the rooms are a bit outdated, but the service that you receive makes it well worth it. the views are unbelievable because you face the ocean and it is wonderful. you also have the balconies with the microwave and a refrigerator and a safe if you need it. so overall the hotel is wonderful. however, the restaurant rising tide the service is awful. their rejection of people just because they're not buying anything to sit on their property is unreal. I recommend you eat elsewhere, stay at the hotel and find you a different restaurant to eat. four corners is a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch. rising tide is awful for breakfast and lunch or dinner and it's extremely expensive

Came here for a quilting retreat of 29 people and we were taken care of royally for the entire weekend by the hotel and especially the Rising Tide restaurant staff.

The hotel is a hidden gem !

I have stayed here on several occasions & I have always enjoyed my stay.

Normally stay here once or twice a year. Nice hotel with extremely nice staff. Very clean, efficient sized rooms, and oceanfront! This last stay we were disappointed in the fact that they started charging daily rates for parking. Didn't know that upon checking in, which was a surprise fee. Just thought that was odd. But overall great place to stay!

I loved this place.…being able to bring my sweet puppy dog to all ocean front rooms was wonderful.The rooms were great! The restaurant, Rising Tides and it's owner, Bill, as well as the outside bar were superb. Going back in August and can't wait!

Literally on the beach with private access. Every room is an ocean view complete with balcony. Clean rooms (no carpet, hooray!) and everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.

Full size mini fridge with microwave so you can reheat leftovers and store drinks. Staff was friendly and service was efficient. Would definitely return when the weather is warmer!

Very clean rooms but with a small bathroom. Beautiful view. Nice restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating.

The location is convenient. Love the ocean view. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Nothing complementary but there is a restaurant on site.
They charge $21 per night parking.

Clean, very nice hotel with a very friendly staff! The location is great! Lots of good restaurants nearby and plenty to do! The view from the balcony is gorgeous!

Great outside seating & dining. Bathrooms are small if you are sharing a room. Restaurant is so-so
