We had a great stay. The only issue was not strong enough wifi or signal to text, we had yo stand by the back doornor go out onto the balcony. Otherwise it was a great hotel

The service was awesome! This was the first weekend the restaurant opened and they did not disappoint. We will be back next year. Thank you for making our first visit to the area memorable. We will be back next year. Thanks again.

We have enjoyed this property in the past; though not so much this time. There was water and mold on our balcony.

This hotel is very nice both inside and out. The room had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was still too cool outside to swim in the pool, but we did enjoy the hot tub (even though it only bubbled in one spot lol).
My only disappointment was that they didn't offer any kind of breakfast, which is something I usually look for when booking hotels. The restaurant is still undergoing construction/renovations, but the hotel has other gathering rooms that could definitely be utilized better.

Stains on bedding. Food on the floor. Food in the fridge. Dirty towels. Bedding and towels did not smell good. You have to pay for parking.

They make you pay to park at the hotel. This is not on the website when booking and should be disclosed prior. $21.95 a day 🤬

My wife and I have stayed here for years....since it was the Ramada Inn. It has always been a pleasant experience except for the very small bathroom area, that we dealt with and at times joked about. But our last stay there May 18 - 21 not so much. The place seemed to be understaffed and a $20 PARKING FEE PER NIGHT!!! COME ON!!!

Air conditioner was so loud that you had to turn the TV up so you could hear it.
You had to fight the shower curtain every time you took a shower.
If you want to stay with the dogs this is the place to be, there were 8 in lobby at one time!
You have to pay $19 plus tax to park your car, but no one tells you this, it just appears on your bill! Their website says free self-parking!

Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned, garbage and soiled towels are not removed, guests have to remove. Beds are not made. If you require fresh towels, you must go to reception and get them. This is NOT a resort. It is an old facility. After a storm, water flowed from the balcony door (securely closed) to the bed. The floor was very slippery.

My husband and I had a great time at the beach. The bartender at this hotel was very friendly she made the BEST White Russian . For the price of the room to be what is was … I was expecting for my room to look the price. The hotel is pet friendly , everywhere I look it was a dog . The hours for the pool and hot tub should’ve been longer hours instead of 10pm. We like that’s they had games in the dining room. Whenever we would take a shower this is what we had to look at which was interesting, I was hoping nothing was going come out the hole , also the water was coming out the shower. But other than that ok hotel just not worth the price.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years, and have always loved it. But, this last time will probably be my last. As much as I love dogs, I felt like I was staying in a kennel. Many guests staying there had 3 or 4 dogs on leashes. One person asked me not to get on the elevator with her because it would scare her dog. I know this is great news for pet owners who want to bring their pets with them on vacation. My post is to let people know who don’t travel with pets, what they can expect.
