4.5 Rating: We love the 'local' bars and this place was recommended by a couple we met when we were in AB. It's on the smaller side but the patio area out back of the bar is amazing and a highlight. We were able to be there for the wing competition this past weekend and they have no problem if you bring in your own eats. We went to the pizza place next door and ordered a pizza to go with our beverages. Also pet friendly. Be sure to stop by.

Stopped here on a whim when visiting Atlantic Beach for the first time. The staff and the locals were very kind and welcoming. Great outdoor space with a nice view. Reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Tipsy Turtle is just a bar. They offer no food. Is a locals place. The customers and Bartenders are friendly. Had a good time there. Drinks are cheap.

Outdoor seating in the back with chairs and tables on the water. Nice atmosphere. Friendly locals.

Drinks are amazing, service was outstanding, views are great. Not sure how this is a thing but the best part…most exceptional water I’ve ever had. Have a few glasses and take one to go. I don’t know what they put in this but I woke up incredibly hydrated after a long night of drinking. Keep up the great work guys!

Small spot not really lit up I rode around the parking lot in front of it for a couple min before I finally found it but other than that nice chill atmosphere

Favorite local spot. You'll see the same people everyday chilling and grabbing a drink. My fiancé and I went through a 3 month phase where we went to grab a drink here 4-5 times a week. Ultimately we stopped going as often because while it is cheap the bar makes very mediocre drinks. There is no drink control. I normally order a pain killer but it tastes and looks different from each bartender who's on shift. While you might not have an excellent drink here you will enjoy the people and atmosphere.
