My favorite ice cream place around the Stedman area, not only are there multiple flavors to choose from there's also many other desserts to try out you can also sample any flavor you like before buying it!! Customer service is always the best especially the red head girl.. if anything is wrong with the order they always fix it fast and with a smile on their face. I love cool beans!!!

Did not receive what was ordered. When the server/cashier was ask to make it right she rolled her eyes, took no responsibility, blamed it on a child and refused to help in any way. Extremely Poor customer service, bad attitude. No way I would ever go back and spend a penny here.

I'm writing this review for John and Janet Lee, who visited this establishment last night, and we're so thrilled about their experience that they called me and asked me to share their experience with Google.Janet said the entire staff were so helpful, apparently there are a bunch of choices for ice cream and my father-in-law had a hard time picking just one, so he ended up picking two flavors in one dish. She said the pricing is spot on for the quality and quantity of the products they received. The ice cream was out of this world and that the atmosphere was so fun and friendly that they're going to take us with them next visit.So thank you to Cool Beans Coffee and Ice Cream for giving John and Janet a wonderful evening out together in your beautiful establishment. Everything about Cool Beans is cool!? My family loves this place. The kids really love the blue monster ice cream! The family that owns this place are awesome. The daughter is very kind and sweet, and the employees are great also. It's just a really nice place to go and enjoy ice cream with the family. We have not been to Baskin Robin's since we found out about Cool Beans. Also, the prices are reasonable.

We LOVE Cool Beans! ?? Best little ice cream and coffee shop to go to. Living in Stedman doesn’t offer many food options so this place is a real treat! The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean and inviting and pricing is incredibly fair. 10/10 recommend!Kid-friendliness: Lots of games and claw machine available for kiddos.
Drive though needs a way to put drinks closer to you. Curb at window keeps you away from window.

I love to grab an iced coffee on the hottest days but I'm usually too tied up to enjoy the environment here. Perhaps today will allow for such an outing lol
