“Left White Lake to return home to Greensboro. I love mom and pop type shops and had wanted to try Big Daddy's. I went out of the way to try them on the way back to Greensboro, I am glad I did. When I arrived in Autryville, I was convinced that google gave me bad directions. Little store front in the middle of nowhere. Walked in and just loved the old store full of friendly people. They had good food and good prices. Fed 4 of us for about 25 bucks. The combination of a rural setting and good, friendly people, and a laid back environment makes this place somewhere I will visit anytime I visit white lake. Small family owned places like this with good food are hard to find, I will be back in the future and encourage others to travel to Autryville and enjoy the small town charm you will find here.”

“Today I visited Escape 58 in Wade NC. I live nearby and pass through this area on a regular basis. The place is very clean and quiet because they had just opened for the day at 5 pm. There were two other customers and myself so it was quiet and peaceful. It was 100 degrees today so I stopped in for a cold drink and went home. My server was friendly. I didn't order food.”

“Consistency is the key to being exceptional at anything…and these folks understood the assignment ?Been coming back for seconds and thirds… for 25 years and counting. No matter what side of the highway they set up shop I will keep coming back at every chance possible They have amazing food and such a huge selection you will definitely find something for everyone. I have been happily working my way around the entire menu, never eating the same thing twice. I can only make it there once a week, every time I go I eat it for 3 days straight and it never gets boring ???? ?????☕️??”

“Eat here often, a customer walked in, which I believe was an off duty employee started handling all the cups and rearranged them it appeared. Her hands were all over them no gloves. Very unsanitary and no one behind the counter said anything. Glad I bring my own water bottle.”

“Hardee's of Roseboro is such a nice little nook with a quiet undertone special to it's hometown for families and friends to come in sit and dine or drive-thru together over a hot and fresh meal and a team of pleasant staff members working hard to serve your order and get it right.
