Fantastic find in Avon! My wife and I are always on the hunt for the best burger joints, and Burger Burger truly stands out. The Smile Burger was a highlight - juicy, with an abundance of crispy cheese, perfectly seasoned. The fries? Spot on. The place is clean, the service swift and friendly. A must-visit for burger lovers. Highly recommended!

The food and the service at this place is excellent. They have a great web page that orders may be placed ahead of time and picked up one ready. The service in the establishment was very good and I will definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

Some people in the near by motels would like to go to sleep before 2am! NON SENSE music playing all freaking night like that!

Person at counter was really nice. We had autistic child and he was a handful but the way the owner came at us and said take him for walk so rudely. I had already done that is what I told her and said if you are telling us to leave then refund the money back ahe said no way. Ahe was so rude. Discriminating against someone who is autistic is wrong

If you have children who may get loud don't bother to stop here because the owner will suggest that you take them outside without asking any questions. Then if you want your money back she will say no way. This place is not family friendly.

BBQ Nachos were great! Burgers too! Very nice service! Very open space so perfect for if you have babies and strollers.

my family of 7 came here to eat lunch and we all think it won’t take that long for food because the place wasn’t packed. don’t be fooled you can be the only person there and it would STILL take a while for food. we then wait over an hour for food when NO ONE else was in there. one of us ordered salad with nothing that needs to be cooked in it, just a normal ceasar salad. TELL ME WHY IT TAKES 40 MINUTES FOR A SALAD THAT CAN BE MADE IN 5 MINUTES. we then go ask how much longer it will take for food and instead of nice hospitality like a normal person the literal OWNER comes out with a horrible attitude. in a rude tone of voice the owner decides to say “you want your damn food or not” infront of children. i’m sorry WHAT. several minutes later we get our food because they won’t give us our money back even tho we didn’t have the food before. the food comes out in TO GO boxes. THE LADY WAS KICKING HER ONLY COSTUMERS OUT. LIKE LADY YOU ARE CRAZY. a NORMAL person would give a free dessert or a refund. all we got was ATTITUDE TO GO.

AWFUL SERIVCE DONT GO. lady at front was sweet but god forbid you even say anything about how it took 45 minutes for a salad with no chicken or anything that needed to be cooked. the OWNER lady in the back was AWFUL AND MOUTHY. there was no one else there and yet my family of 7 waited over an hour for food. after 40 mins we asked the lady how much longer and she said she can check. the literal
OWNER came out and instead of having nice hospitality like a normal person, she starts screaming and saying "do you want your damn food or not" i am sorry WHAT. literally crazy people like stop sitting back there eating the food and start cooking lady. a NORMAL PERSON would offer free dessert or a refund. In north carolina it's a law where if your food is not out yet you can be refunded yet that nasty lady in the back REFUSED to offer us anything but awful attitude. a freaking sandwich from subway next door would've been better and faster. thank you for nothing.

Don't watse your time! Too expensive and wait time was ridiculous. The Owner was 100% RUDE!!! Learn how to treat your customers. We were never told a wait time and it was not busy. After waiting almost an hour; I asked how much longer. The Owner had very poor customer service. She talked nasty to my husband & I in front of our 5 children. The waitress at the front taking our order was very nice and apologized. The owner was also nasty to her employee.
But as an owner of a business, I will pray for you to treat your customers and employees with respect.
