This is one of the worst places in the OBX. They charged my debit card twice, $33 for a few drinks and three days later $39 for tips?!! That’s ilegal, but no only this, bartenders are really rude, no kindness whatsoever, really bad attitude and negative vibes, the only cool person is the security guy! 😂 avoid this stupid mediocre bar, they don’t even have glasses of shots they give us a shot in a plastic cup like a cup for ranch or dressing,😂 definitely the worst place in the island!! 🚮🚮🚮🚮

What an awesome place! Highly recommended. We now have a local bar that we will be visiting everytime we are in Frisco. While on the ride down from VA I called around looking for karaoke and found Howard's. They don't normally do karaoke on the night we arrived, but he was more than happy to get it going for me and some of the locals to enjoy. My husband and I had such a blast! The staff are on point and the people and atmosphere where amazing! We are so happy to have discovered this spot in Avon! Thank you Howard's for a great night, we will see you again soon!

Showed up for Halloween. At the end of night I was drug out from behind for no reason. I wasn't given a warning or talking to.Everyone there was a witness and asking what I did wrong. I put my hands up and walked out as I was surprised. Absolutely negative reviews. It was nothing done wrong on my end. Just a local that was upset a woman was talking to me.

Hello , Family and friends used to visit often , played on shuffleboard table . We always referred to it as the “shuffleboard bar” .
Now we cannot . Shuffleboard table is gone and replaced with pool tables that cost a dollar to play on . Cheap people
We will not be going back thank you .
