I am delighted to share that our experience at this small local pizza spot surpassed our expectations. As we travel across the country exploring new culinary delights, this establishment has secured a spot in our top 3 favorite pizza places. Although we encountered some difficulty reaching them by phone and had to place our order in person with a 30-minute wait, the exceptional quality of the pizza made it well worth our time. Highly recommend trying this hidden gem for yourself!

As soon as we walked ( party of 6) in we noticed two couples sitting in the dining room eating. An older Italian lady walked right by us with no eye contact and hollering while waving her arm up and down saying take out! takeout! And walks to the counter and points and says there's the take out menu. The other customers who are eating are looking at us like what is happening. I'm so mad at the customer service she is showing or lack of. I'm assuming it was Nino herself. I will never

We called twice to order our food and the lady that answered the phone hung up on us while we were asking questions as if we were not supposed to ask questions with us being from out of town. I asked to speak with a manager, so the lady went and got what I guess was the manager and I heard her say “I’m not dealing with this today” before she picked the phone up, and this woman was also very rude. Refused to give us a corporate or a higher up number, after she got loud and smart while explaining what had happened!! She also refused to give us her name. All of this happened because the lady that first answered the phone hung up on us while we were asking questions about a pizza and you could tell we were an inconvenience to her. I would never support a business that speaks to costumers this way. I get it some people have bad days but this was blown way out of proportion and very very unprofessional! I will never recommend this place to anyone! If you are looking for a friendly environment and a very helpful pizza place go to Gidget’s pizza, ordered from them 2 times in a week and they remembered who we were!

We stayed a week and decided to not eat same place twice- needless to say Ninos we ate 2 times because it was the one place that we all enjoyed- we did pizza and pasta and all was awesome! Service when we ate in was amazing! So good! Highly recommend!

We stopped by here while staying in Avon. We ordered 2 large pizzas and everything about the pizzas were amazing. It's a small family owned business and the people working were so sweet. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be returning on our next trip ?
