What a nice view of the sound at sunset! Our server was friendly and very attentive. I had fish and chips with speckled trout which was served as a delicate filet. It was quite good.

first time visiting po house, 4th year in the outer banks, and can confidently say we have a new go-to dinner spot! our server sarah was super helpful in explaining all the flavors, great manners and service was above and beyond! i didnt partake in their bar, but i can tell you that it doesn’t disappoint! we cant wait to come back to see everyone next year! dont forget to buy the kitchen a round if you can!!

Quite possibly the best meal we’ve ever had. Our waitress, Sarah, was amazing in explaining the menu, offering recommendations, and was such a kind person in general. I ordered the coconut curry snapper and my boyfriend had the sesame encrusted tuna. These dishes, followed by the pumpkin bread pudding, left us perfectly full and overly happy. I would go here every night of vacation if I could, just to try everything on the menu.
We especially loved how they make a seasonal menu based off fresh catches of the morning and produce that is available. This is a special food experience! Thank you chef and everyone who keeps this place running!

Hands-down, THE best restaurant on all of OBX. Appetizers, entrees, drinks, deserts, service, view, atmosphere...all top notch. But THE reason to come here is the food, which is simply - and consistently - amazing. My family ordered 3 different dishes - which we all sampled, of course - and we could not decide who had the best meal. Every bite resulted in audible "mmm's" and "ahhhs". MY wife and I came here last year and had the exact same experience. Can't wait to return. Go! You will NOT be disappointed.

We had almost every small plate! Each one better than the next. Highly recommend We ate outside on the deck and enjoyed our view as much as our food! 10/10
Every time we eat here I say it’s more incredible than the time before. Their Painkiller is absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had and the owner/chef creates new and inspiring menu additions each time. I’m so happy we have such talent on the OBX. Their dog Po is a precious boy too!

We absolutely loved our dinner at the Po House. Fresh, delectable, and innovative shareable dishes and entrees. The view was breath taking watching the fish in the sound “ flash “ us. My bees knees was just the right wind down cocktail and the service with a smile was unbeatable. Jiles and the rest of the crew were super friendly and on point with service 😎 Cheers to the chef 🎉
Small portions, small menu. Asked for some bread with my soup and they charged me $3 for 2 little triangles of toasted bread. Went home and cooked shrimp because we were still hungry. Cocktails were like 8 oz. Would not go back.

No one comes to the Outer Banks for food. Mostly you just have to make do with over cooked burgers and fried fish baskets. But if you are near Hatteras we found a great place to eat a great meal! At Po House, everything was flavorful and utterly delicious. We plan on eating here as much as possible this week so we can try everything.

We talked about this restaurant all weekend, and every single one of us was tempted to make the 3 hour drive just to eat there again. The food was amazing, and the staff, including the "owner" were all fantastic.
