Stu's Food Truck has the most amazing food. If you are looking for great homemade from scratch food, then this is the place to go. They have the best homemade biscuits, amazing sausage gravy, breakfast tacos, and the only place on Hatteras Island that has Porkroll sandwiches. Their homemade Bar-B-Que and coleslaw, homemade chorizo tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, and much more. I have been there more times than I can count, and they do not disappoint! Do yourself a favor and don't miss a trip to this food truck!! Oh yeah, bring cash they are cash only and it's worth every penny.

Owners are very nice & food yummy. Loved the grilled cheese with bacon & the fried cheese that was all on the edges. :=]

Price was a little steep, so I was apprehensive. The food was AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩. I had the breakfast tacos. The cook hit everything perfectly, and the server was the friendliest food service worker I met on the island this trip. Coming back for the biscuits and sausage gravy tomorrow because she let me sample the gravy today and I've never had anything better!
