Stu's Food Truck has the most amazing food. If you are looking for great homemade from scratch food, then this is the place to go. They have the best homemade biscuits, amazing sausage gravy, breakfast tacos, and the only place on Hatteras Island that has Porkroll sandwiches. Their homemade Bar-B-Que and coleslaw, homemade chorizo tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, and much more. I have been there more times than I can count, and they do not disappoint! Do yourself...

Owners are very nice & food yummy. Loved the grilled cheese with bacon & the fried cheese that was all on the edges. :=]

Perfect for a quick, affordable bite before going on the beach. The breakfast tacos and pork roll sandwich are out-of-this-world delicious, service is exceptionally friendly and warm, and the jazz they had playing in the truck made for such a great atmosphere.
