Im a local here and have lived here for a while. I was really craving Subway today and decided to finally stop in for the first time. While I was in line, the cashier said that from now on it would be cash only. Since no one uses cash anymore, we all had to walk out. This Subway will continue to be a skip for me even though I live walking distance away.

Terrible customer service. Tried to tell me they were out of barbecue sauce and then suddenly found one after I asked if they were completely out. Made my boyfriends spicy nacho without having the spicy sauce for it and didn’t even mention they were out of it until it was done. Wouldn’t take my coupon and also proceeded to charge me for an extra cookie I didn’t buy. Terrible customer service and the employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all.

Shout-out to the young blonde girl that works there. She deserves a raise! I had placed an online order and the app mistakingly said it was ready. I came in and it was already busy. She was the only employee there and even though she hadn't even gotten to start my order yet she was extremely apologetic and composed. The line just kept coming in as she juggled making multiple sandwiches/ salads and baking the rolls. Food industry and customer service are extremely stressful and she just handled the whole situation with grace. Food was great as always!

No complaints at all. Easter Sunday drive down the banks & I was grateful anyone was open! Small dining area. Single stall bathrooms that were clean & spacious. Picnic tables out front for those with four-legged friends, which we appreciated very much. Subs were loaded down with fresh toppings. We got a variety of cookies for the road, which were fresh & tasty. I prefer to eat local when k travel, but was so happy to find a satisfying quick meal on a holiday.
