This location seems to be improving, a few months ago I said never again after a 15min wait in drive thru for a frappe that I wound up going inside to get. Today’s experience was much better and the staff seemed to be more focused and attentive than in previous visits.
We will not be returning to this establishment. We have waited OVER 30 minutes in the drive thru for two chicken sandwiches, while 5 other vehicles that were after us, received their food.
Lack of knowledge with the mobile app and she didn’t even turn off her speaker phone to get her manager so I hear what she thought about me. RUDE

However, there may be occasional issues with long wait times or broken equipment, and some areas of the restaurant may not be wheelchair accessible. Despite these minor issues, McDonald's remains a popular choice for a quick bite or coffee on the go.
