Food is good when it's fresh, but it is quite the tossup on whether or not you're getting a fresh enough batch or if it's sat their all day and gotten hard/weirdly textured. I come here enough that some of the employees remember my order fairly consistently, which is incredibly nice and does outweigh some of my grievances with the food (which, granted, isnt really the fault of the people taking the order neccessarily). The food is generally fresh, and the store is very clean. Most customers find the food good, though some mention that the fries can be overly seasoned, making them too salty for some. Overall, Bojangles has a typical fast-food atmosphere and is kid-friendly, making it a good place for a quick meal.
