Haven't had a bad experience with the food but the cashier is absolutely rude. She doesn't greet the customer and you can barely hear her when she speaks. Customer service is also important when serving food. She needs to be retrained or paid more ATTENTION TO about her actions or this place will loose customers.

I grew up just outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, that being said, I know my Chinese cuisine from going to China Towns there and in Oakland. My dish was miniscule. My Chow Mein (crispy fried noodles) was just cabbage (bok choy) was told chow mein means cabbage. If I'm wrong, the whole rest of the world is wrong with me. This used to be my spot for rib tips now they be so burnt and hard. Even when I say I don't want them burnt and hard they still be burnt and hard. The prices are higher than most Chinese restaurant in surrounding area. I don't mind paying higher prices but I mind if my food is burnt and hard.
