Today, I had dental work done. Writing delivery notes with 150 or less characters is hard to do when you want to make sure they don't disturb you. My instructions may have come off rude. Not my intentions. Anyway, fast forward to delivery they were quick and didn't disturb me or pups. They left me a note saying feel better. The employees and customer service was great. It’s the woman that franchises the store I have a problem with. I submitted a complaint for an order that never shows up to corporate, just to find out from the store manager that they don’t do credit card refunds? Which to me is bewildering especially when your franchise does honor it. So they can do a credit? I use the credit that was given to my account. This location actually impressed. The pizza was exactly right & delicious & there was actually more than a small handful of chicken in my buffalo chicken. Much better experience than others around the area.
