We had a wonderful breakfast at Mammie’s Breakfast Barn in Bakersville. I ordered an omelet with potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly. The biscuit was freshly made and honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. The place does get busy, so it’s good to allow a little extra time, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. The staff were super nice and courteous, making the whole experience even better. We’d definitely visit again if we’re in the area!
Wonderful breakfast spot in Bakersville, NC. Short open hours most days before lunch, but make up for it with great food and service. Staff is friendly and helpful, to the point of getting a lost phone back to us! Recommend highly if you are in the area.
Absolutely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in awhile! We got there a little late (about 30min before close), I asked if it was okay for us to dine otherwise no worries as they were busy and we were late. Staff was very kind and told us to have a seat. They’re a little short staffed so service was a little slow but not bad. They let you know this ahead of time, we were grateful that they didn’t turn us away and were patient.
