My wife fell off a bike and we couldn’t find ice. They were kind enough to give us a table and large bag of ice until our ferry. Guinness tap was also very good
The only positive aspect of this restaurant was the location and views. The food was mediocre and the cost was significant (eg. $22 for tortilla chips and salsa). The service provided by our waitress was also sub-par but because she automatically recieved a 20% tip, her motivation to provide good service was non-existent.

The place is great location. Has super rude prices for the plastic chairs and the Ruby's Diner attitude. 120$ dinner with plastic tables chairs and rude *I've been here for 8 years* attitude. Honestly... the attitude and voices/chats when they all get together can be heard from the customers.

We have vacationed on BHI since 2014, but hadn't dine at Jules in many years. Our entire group loved our meal and the sushi was amazing. The service was wonderful and you can't beat sitting outside beside the marina. We will definitely dine again on our next trip to BHI.

Honestly great food and experience — only problem was my friend (Collin Buchanan) got a drink that had a really tiny straw. He was kinda annoyed but all around good spot

Mediocre food at exorbitant prices. Our waitress knew she was getting a tip already from our large group, so she didn’t go out of her way to provide exceptional service either. She seemed annoyed to be doing her actual job. If you want a fancy alcoholic beverage and are willing to pay for it, that might be the only reason to visit while on the island.

Great lunch spot on the water. After a day of exploring Bad Head, it was nice to sit inside and enjoy the AC. Jules has a beautiful casual patio space if you prefer that instead.
Excellent service and our food was good. I kept it simple with shrimp, fries & hushpuppies. Lots of options on the menu.
As others mentioned, it's pricy, but EVERYTHING is more expensive on the island so it's about what we expected.
Look forward to coming back for Friday night karaoke sometime.

So sad that your staff wasn’t friendly and the calamari was awful. Then we had crab dip….it took forever to get served and get out. Appetizers

The food is fine, overpriced for what it is. The “smash” burger is just a regular patty. Looked like a Wendy’s burger.
Nashville hot chicken was good. Large portion.
