Bella's Italian Neighborhood Restaurant

The food was amazing! The service was terrible. The bar tender looked annoyed the entire time. There were 3 servers and only one of them would bus tables and act as a hostess. We would have gotten something sweet to take home but we were never asked. We had to ask for refills when the cups were clearly empty. Servers could make good money if they would just turn their tables. The amount of time they wasted going to the back without clearing tables or bringing refills was wild. As a prior server we semi bussed our table and had to hand her the plates for her to even take it. Management never came out. It starts at the top!

Website and Google says closes at 9, got there at 8 and the sign on the door says closed. Called. Girl that answered said owner just decides when to close. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went here 2 times on my 4 day trip. The service was perfect, first and second time. Friday afternoons are busy so one prepared to wait. (Definitely worth the wait)

We come here every year during our stay in banner elk, we keep coming back if that says anything. Never had a complaint with the food. Aside from the occasional busy night, service is always fast and friendly. We'll keep coming back every year.

We are traveling from Georgia for the holiday. Stopped by for a bite to eat. Scrutiny was great, with overly large portions. Price was not bad either. It was so good that my picky grandson asked to go back the next day! The staff even remembered us! Check it out of you are ever in banner elk, nc

Food is absolutely delicious

We had not been to Bellas in several years We were very happy with our meals last night. I had the white clam sauce with fettucine. The clam sauce was excellent, so flavorful and tons of clams. My husband had Bella Del Mare. He said he would have that again. The prices were fair.. We will be back again.

One hour wait for pizza. Were super busy during one visit. Food was very good. Ordered take out pizza another night. Also, very good. Servers etc., were all very attentive.

We eat frequently at Bellas and love their food. Today's dinner left us very disappointed. Ate at the bar this time as it was busy as usual. Bartender didn't notice or acknowledge us. She served customers who sat after us so we gave her a friendly hi to let her know we were there. Ordered drinks and the new Lobster bites app which was cold in the center. Had our salads and asked for bread. Asked 2 more times and never got bread with salad or entrees. I ordered eggplant parm. The pasta was cold but eggplant was hot and good. Ordered 1 more Old fashioned and the bartender asked if my husband could use his same ice! Of course he picked the ice ball out of his glass without complaint. That was a first! Our go to place let us down
