The front worker was very rude. We had a baby and a great grandmother with oxygen on with us. She told us we would have to wait outside in the snow with them. We asked if just she could sit inside with the baby and she said no. No explanation or kindness offered.

The location was convenient for us and the food was okay but not particularly memorable. Somehow I missed the grand view. Maybe they had the misfortune of having a neighbor put up a building in the middle of the view which had given the restaurant its name. Also, I've never gotten toast at a restaurant and only gotten one slice of bread. It's the cheapest and simplest thing to get as a breakfast item add on or part of an entree and I've always gotten two slices.

Food was burnt, and eggs were way overcooked. Pancakes were very small for an adult meal. Baccon was frozen cold

This place was absolutely phenomenal. It is definitely the best around. I spoke with Charles a little bit about the company. He was giving me a little more info about the company. It’s a locally owned business that his parents own. They are trying to expand their business internally for the sake of the customers and I think that’s a good idea. Charles was so welcoming, and nice. He spoke to us as we were leaving, and and showed us that we were more than just customers. Now, I also have to give props to my server as well. Rebecca was super nice, and friendly and checked on us often. There were times she was tied down and her coworkers would help! Teamwork is something I noticed here. You’ve gotta understand this is like a breakfast diner. It’s busy. If you complain about the “slow service” then I would suggest you put in an application. It’s not slow. The food is just fresh and made to order. I’d much rather wait and my food be fresh then to wait and it be cold. Portions were HUGE!!! Everything is homemade, from scratch. I give this place a 100 out of 10. My wife and I will definitely be back!!!

Go here for the extraordinary friendly staff. They are so nice. Food was disappointing at best but I will still go back because the staff was wonderful. Atmosphere wasn't anything fancy, older decor but it was clean.

Stopped in on the way back from Beech Mtn and the food was excellent! One of the best biscuits I’ve had. The girls working were busy but did a wonderful job.

Great lunch experience in a pleasant, well-kept, low-key restaurant right off NC-105 near Seven Devils, NC. I had the Hash in the High Country (corned beef hash) and my wife had the Stuffed French Toast. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the coffee was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a good breakfast or lunch, I recommend stopping here.

Server Adriana was sweet as sugar and food was fast as NASCAR. Prices are good. Music is way too loud for breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and hot. Coffe was hot and just right in flavor. All three slices of bacon were burnt. Grits and toast were too cold to melt butter. Grits were also undercooked and adding butter, salt, pepper, and cheddar could not improve their bland taste.Kind of like home. Not perfect but fairly edible.
