I ordered a burger for my coworker. He wanted 4 patties but only received 3 after paying for 4 on top of extra condiments and such. Kinda stinks when you pay for something like that and not get it. Especially with how expensive it is.

They asked me to pull into a parking spot while they “cook fries” but they somehow forget that I’m waiting in my car as other customers pass me

Sometimes my orders have been incorrect. Sometimes service is slow. Sometimes the food isn't as warm as you'd hope. But, theres never been such a bad experience that I wouldn't go back. Employees have never been rude in my experiences. Only thing to note is that they don't always get the limited time items, so keep that in mind if you're heading to a McDonald's specifically for a special flavor pie or seasonal coffee flavor.

Waiting for 8 mins and never was acknowledged,only 2 guests inside and couple cars in drive-thru
Probably one of the most efficient McDonald's I've ever been to. We got breakfast in the Drive-Thru and the gentleman taking our order was so polite. Everything was exactly the way we asked for. Bravo!

Worst possible service ever. I worked in fast food when I was younger and these kids running this McDonalds today are ridiculous. My friend pulled up to the drive thru and sat in line for over 10 mins. They clearly are not an efficient restaurant for 2 cars to be in front of me and it take 13 mins. Then when I got up to the speaker they turned me away. I suggest that if you want fast food to drive on to Boone. I wouldn't be as upset if they wouldn't have been so rude about it either. This happened on 5/30/24 at 947pm.
