This is a great place to watch a game! They have 18 TVs. They had live music. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The roadhouse nachos are excellent. The wings are very good and they have a large selection of sauces for the wings. There is a good selection of beer on tap. We ate at the bar so we could watch a football game and the service was excellent.
Stopped by Town Tavern in Banner Elk and tried the chili dog—absolutely delicious! The chili had just the right amount of spice, and it paired perfectly with the juicy hot dog for a classic comfort food experience. The tavern itself had a cozy, laid-back atmosphere that made it a great place to unwind. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming vibe. Whether you’re passing through or a local, Town Tavern is a solid spot to satisfy a comfort food craving.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere - went to watch football game. Food came out very quickly and it was all great. We had nachos, wings and burgers. Waitress was great about re-fills. BUT we were sitting by one of the overhead doors. A host came over and opened the door. It was quite chilly sitting there but the worse thing were the flies!!!! We had planned to stay and drink for the entire game but we had to leave at 1/2 time. We were cold and the flies were awful. You need to get...
