I love giving high quality hand made goods to my friends and family. The candies are delicious with many nuts choices. Nuts are never strong or old tasting. The fruit cake is the best I've ever had. Private owned small business in North Carolina that sells fine quality goods worth paying extra for. Always offering samples for tasting. I highly recommend this place.
This is the most festive and friendly place! Christmas time is the best!! Free samples, chances ( winning ticket) will get you a beautiful box of the best ( nutty) fruitcake ! The spiced cider is worth buying to savor throughout the winter season! Beautiful festive decorations, gets you holiday motivated! Well worth the trip!! A bit pricey...but well worth the money spent. The homemade candies ...all so tasty.

I enjoyed my experience at the store and loved being able to sample many products sold inside prior to purchasing them. As others have stated, their fruitcake is really a 'nut' cake. It was disappointing since we love fruitcakes that contain lots of candied fruit, are very moist, etc. and this was none one of those.
