Stopped by, tried to go in lobby, Small sign indicated lobby closed. Entered the drive through and waited, and waited. Two customers pulled out and left. Stopped to order, no contact. Proceeded to window to order one black coffee and two donuts. Clerk refused to take order and instructed go through drive-through again. Yes really! Well needless to say, I refused! Would have taken another 10 minutes.

Second attempt to patronize this place. 5+ employees inside and the lobby is closed with these ignorant signs posted at the doors. Drive through wrapped around the building & the Dunkin’ app doesn’t work effectively with the lobby closed.
Where is the Krispy Kreme hot sign when you really need it?

Lobby closes from time to time, workers aren't friendly, my orders have had to be remade several times, I've been in the drive thru line up to 20 mins, it's wrapped around the building..needs new management and more incentives for people to stay at this location and work

I visit this area frequently over the past five years. I always thought the Beaufort, NC location was the best I had experienced. Very fresh and great tasting donuts. Been back twice this month. Totally different experience. Donuts stale, reduced quality, no glaze or filling inside. Drive thru only.
As a business owner myself, I would want to know the operating model they once had is gone.

Lobby closed on some occasions forcing you to sit in the drive thru line that is wrapped around the building up to the main road. This location used to be amazing to visit, ever since the pandemic this place kinda sucks.

We just moved to this area and have had several pleasant experiences until the last 2 weeks. Two weeks ago part of our order was left out, then we waited 20 minutes for the missing wrap to be fixed. Last week we were told we couldn’t add any milk to our son’s latte even though we offered to pay for it. Our son is blind and doesn’t like much ice in his latte so he likes extra milk. Now today we were told we were banned from that location without being given an explanation. When we asked for information to contact the store DM we were told by the store manager that we couldn’t get that information. We haven’t been rude but we did ask for an explanation for both occasions. We will gladly go to the Morehead City and Cedar Point locations because they have always been extremely friendly. These locations have been very accommodating for my special needs son.

Very nice employees
If you want to pay 7 dollars for a cup of milk this is the place for you. I ordered a pistachio latte and even specified an extra pump of pistachio to avoid this and they still can't get it right. Very frustrating. Lady at the drive-through was extremely rude too. I'll bypass bfts dunkin and head to the morehead location with friendlier, well trained staff who know how to make a latte.

Staff screamed slurs at me and parent and then tried to rush at us before we left
