We are here on vacation and have stopped a couple xs for coffee and donuts . I ordered a decaf as was late in the day, and my job y got regular. His coffee was nice and hot but when I tried mine it was not even warm at all! I’m assuming they just gave me some cold leftover coffee! Would have gone back but was in a hurry and didn’t have time! Very poor business practice :(

Or happy that the one coffee I like was changed on me after the several years I would get it. Frozen Mocha Swirl. Swirl means to me, the chocolate swirl on the cup and on top. Then I am told that it would be extra to have it on the top only and yesterday, I was told it is only allowed on the whipped cream. I guess I will start going to McDonald’s for their frozen mocha frap being it automat Comes with the swirl and is cheaper. I will miss the people at Dunkin. The staff is awesome.

Don’t stop here unless you have 20 minutes to wait. It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive through or inside. It doesn’t matter if there’s one car or 5 in front of you. It’s gonna take at least 20 minutes. You also can’t get out of the drive through line because there are poles. You could probably drive to the Dunkin in morehead and get a donut faster than waiting in line here.
Donuts are hit or miss, sometimes stale. Coffee is cheap and pretty good. I wish Beaufort had another drive through coffee place.

On April 9 the stopped to get a donut and just before closing time and the manager was a real jerk first words are we close at 9, lock the door if you're closed!! I politely asked for the manager, and she said I am the manager, this place will not be in business long hiring managers with the personality. So rude If anyone knows the owner of this store please forward this message.
This morning I didn't know that I needed the Expertly made avocado and bacon toast. I have never in my life had toast with the avocado so perfectly spread upon the bread... when I say perfect I mean PERFECT. There was no run over and no blank spots. This kind of customer service needs to be replicated by others. Thank to whom ever was working there. Sometimes, you get life changeing events for the better and this was one for me. ? ?
