We just moved to this area and have had several pleasant experiences until the last 2 weeks. Two weeks ago part of our order was left out, then we waited 20 minutes for the missing wrap to be fixed. Last week we were told we couldn’t add any milk to our son’s latte even though we offered to pay for it. Our son is blind and doesn’t like much ice in his latte so he likes extra milk. Now today we were told we were banned from that location without being given an explanation. When we asked for information to contact the store DM we were told by the store manager that we couldn’t get that information. We haven’t been rude but we did ask for an explanation for both occasions. We will gladly go to the Morehead City and Cedar Point locations because they have always been extremely friendly. These locations have been very accommodating for my special needs son.

If you want to pay 7 dollars for a cup of milk this is the place for you. I ordered a pistachio latte and even specified an extra pump of pistachio to avoid this and they still can't get it right. Very frustrating. Lady at the drive-through was extremely rude too. I'll bypass bfts dunkin and head to the morehead location with friendlier, well trained staff who know how to make a latte.

If u can get service or get there whenever they decide tostay opento, it changes everyday, its usually ok.

My complaint is why are the doors locked for carryout customers at 9am. Then when we try to leave the parking lot is backed up so we get stuck with no way to exit until the line moves. Frustrating when you are in a hurry which is why I go inside instead of waiting in the long line
We are here on vacation and have stopped a couple xs for coffee and donuts . I ordered a decaf as was late in the day, and my job y got regular. His coffee was nice and hot but when I tried mine it was not even warm at all! I’m assuming they just gave me some cold leftover coffee! Would have gone back but was in a hurry and didn’t have time! Very poor business practice :(

Or happy that the one coffee I like was changed on me after the several years I would get it. Frozen Mocha Swirl. Swirl means to me, the chocolate swirl on the cup and on top. Then I am told that it would be extra to have it on the top only and yesterday, I was told it is only allowed on the whipped cream. I guess I will start going to McDonald’s for their frozen mocha frap being it automat Comes with the swirl and is cheaper. I will miss the people at Dunkin. The staff is awesome.
