The Rhum Bar has always been our favorite place in Beaufort. We went for brunch and ran into friends and ended up staying through lunchtime. Awesome Sunday Funday! Everyone that served us was outstanding. Michelle,Takyla and Dave took very good care of us. We will be back soon ❤️

We had a wonderful culinary experience at this restaurant. Frieda was our server and she went above and beyond to make dinner perfect. Liv the manager checked in on us too. Food was prepared exquisitely. I love an icy cold, well shaken martini. This was the only flaw as it was not very cold.

Delicious food, beautiful view and very professional team. Try the fabulous beef basil dish and lemon cake for dessert!

They were out if the special we wanted and the entree we had had as a second choice, and we couldn't eat outside, but the cocktail was great, the entrees we got were good and our waitress was nice.

Sound has always been an issue here and last Saturday was no exception. Fabric on the ceiling or walls might help. Good was tasteless. I was super excited about the special - but the fish had absolutely no flavor. Our waitress rarely came to our table and appeared to be in a very bad mood. Blue Moon Bistro is our favorite Beaufort restaurant so we were very excited to try Rhumbar. We will not be back.

New owners in the past few weeks. Menu could use a few more choices. Food was very good. A great burger and very good salmon. Food quality is high.

We're excited that the folks at Blue Moon Bistro have taken over Rhumbar. It's a great location, and making it a bit more upscale will be a plus for Beaufort. Our meals were excellent!

New owners and we had high expectations. Both this place and the other that the new owners have were good to go to over the years. When we heard they got this place and we were going to be in town we booked a table. Food was good but hope the service gets better. Seems to be some confusion over who has what tables. We were sat and it took 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. It happened to be the manager and she apologized then got us waters. She said she would give us a few minutes but we were ready to order so she took the order. Our food did come out as ordered and was good. No one ever came to the table as we ate. Lukily a server from a table next to us noticed we were out of water and happend to have plenty left. She filled ours. We finished our meals and waited with empty plates. It was 10 minutes before the manager came back around and asked how things were, we asked for the check. She could tell we weren't pleased and asked so we filled her in on the long waits and very little service. The shock was she said they want to get it right but just bought the place, their going to make it better. Glad there is a great view because the service is lacking. Maybe they'll get it right.

My wife and I go to certain restaurants only for lunch or dinner, Stillwater/rhumbar has been a lunch place particularly Sunday brunch for us as we haven't enjoyed the dinner service. We went last night for dinner as they've been bought by blue moon bistro (our favourite in Beaufort NC). Unfortunately our experience was disappointing, we ordered our starter and main course and we requested can we have a gap between the two courses and the server she will action this, however, the main course was served before we finished our stater, we finished and three times we requested our plates to be collected and new cutlery, the food was nice, the reason we stopped going for dinner was the attitude of the servers! I'm hoping once blue moon bistro stamps authority on the wait staff to make it as professional as BMB!

My family was in town for a wedding and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon being seated we were waited on by someone who clearly did not want to be there. She had no intentions of trying to help us in any way and any questions was like an inconvenience. I understand people have bad days but this was just laziness. The food was okay, bar food isn't hard to get right somehow this met the bar at bare minimum. Definitely did not feel like I got my money's worth. So if you get KAT as a server, do yourself a favor and just leave.

I had grouper bites and parmesan fries. Very nice. Had a good cocktail too. Nice service and we sat at a pretty waterfront table.

Delicious food. I highly recommend the taco bowls, especially the ahi tuna. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Came here after being rejected with our dog from 2 other waterfront restaurants. Our pooch and we were welcomed warmly including treats and water (and pets) for our dog. Food was good—best I had so far since starting our vacation in Emerald Isle.

wife and I had dinner at Front Street last night and it was 5 star. Food was tasty and well prepared, waitress was very attentive and helpful. The views and the waters outside were just great. Would go back there in a heart-beat!!
