I went in there tonight for something to eat . Firstly I had to order at the kiosk because no employee is attentive to the customers who walk in . Secondly I had to sit there and wait for 5 minutes just to get 2 sauces that I had already ordered & should have received with the rest of my order . So then my nuggets got cold because of this inconvenience. Lastly and the most important thing , as I was sitting down eating my cold nuggets I witnessed a child of an employee (no older then 8 years old) wiping down all the tables in the establishment. Is the child going to get paid? Since when is it okay to let a child do an employees job?

it’s almost every time i go here, SOMETHING is wrong. i make sure to be super specific because if im not, they get simple things completely wrong lol. this morning i got a side of bacon, usually consisting of 2 FULL STRIPS of bacon. which the person taking the order clarified (with an attitude but whatever) then i open this… what even is this. it’s a single piece… ripped in half.. why am i paying any more than a single dollar for this.. yall need to do better.

I went to this location today to get my granddaughter a kids’ meal. On the app, I paid an extra $1.00 to have it made with cheese. When I got to the window, they handed me a bag and said, “Have a good day.” I told them I was still missing the kids’ meal. The employee apologized, went back, and brought it out.
When I got home, I realized there was no cheese—even though I paid for it. I know it’s just a dollar, but it feels like this McDonald’s can’t get their act together. It’s always something.
I called when I got home and asked to speak with a manager. A young-sounding girl told me the manager was too busy and to call back in 10 minutes. I said, “No shit, I just left there.” She told me there was no need to cuss at her. She was right—I shouldn’t have said that, even if it wasn’t directed at her personally. I’m sure she’s heard (and said) worse, but still…
The bigger issue is that every single visit here seems to turn into a hassle.

Drive thru review. Why is it that every time my wife orders through the drive thru, her order is wrong? What she gets is not what appears on the screen. She gets her stuff and goes home to eat. What kind of employees does this business hire? It's not rocket science on how to fulfill the customers request! I would not recommend this restaurant for your meals. If you do select this place, make sure to check your food before you drive away from the window. Maybe if the workers would focus more on their job and less time worrying about everything else, the customers would be more satisfied. Management needs to stand up and monitor their employees and how they do their jobs. If this happens again, next time the complaint will make it to the corporate level.

Thay put some one to the drive through window who cannot count money so Thay cheat you if you use cash. I lost 35 cent because someone could not count change and it is not the first time this has happened.

I came throw the drive thru at 2 and got 2 5 dollars bag my double cheese burger meat was so black and the chicken nuggets was so hard it Cheaped My tooth I'm so mad rn sum have to be done here

Simple and to the point 👉. Nothing crazy or over the top..but I will say they have remodeled and you may have to make noise to get their attention in the back as the machines make it had to hear and the new designs does not allow then to notice someone at the counter
