make sure to call ahead to see if they will be making food. I walked in with my two kids at 2:30 & was refused service. She stated she was going to break & we needed to wait until she got back from break. I was trying to stop on the way fishing, food for later.. we left! do better!

Alert: All toppings are on a serious next to nothing ration!!! This store is ridiculous. They act like you are inconveniencing them for doing their job. Customer service, employee attitude, and willingness to help are without a doubt 2 thumbs down! I will not spend another minute nor dime here. Tootles!

Im.in therebat the busiest time of the day, and the line never backs up. I asked for recommendations, and the two young ladies working didn't miss a beat with the customers in front and behind me. These girls work, and it's as smooth as water coming out of a faucet. They knew customers by name and greeted each of them as soon as the door opened. It's pretty impressive. Great place and awesome service.

This subway only gets 5 stars because of the lady who made my sandwich's ! Her name was charley and was so nice and made the sandwich look so much more awesome than any other subway . Which is nice cause my wife is picky and doesn't like subway that much but charley was patient with me and my wife's picky order !!
Will drive across the bridge just for this subway !!

First customer of the day and I receive HARD bread with frozen onions. I couldn’t even add any other toppings because they were all frozen and looked awful! Ridiculous! I hope Jersey Mikes shuts them DOWN. And let me not forget to mention that you are only allowed ONE single ply napkin per 6” sub. Not even one extra for my drink, my chips, my cookie….. Don’t worry. I WILL NOT BE BACK !

I came in here the other day and was a little perplexed at the service. I ordered online and waited in line for several minutes. During that time, several more people came in after me. I was next in line, but when the woman found out I ordered online, she made me go sit down so she could serve everyone who got there after I did. She did the same thing to someone else—made them get out of line when it would’ve been their turn to order anyway and sit and wait on everyone else, just because they ordered online.

The person I was with had already gotten their food, so we literally sat there for 10-15 minutes while their food got cold, watching at least 10 people who, again, got there after we did get served first. It didn’t make any sense. It’s not like we were skipping the line—it was literally our turn to order. And then they turned around and made my sandwich wrong. ?

Next time I’ll just pretend I didn’t order online, ask for what I want, then conveniently remember that I already paid once I get to the register. ?‍♀️

Let me start up by me walking in subway with no welcoming okay tip just went down did I mention there were only one customer. The first server never acknowledged me not once tip just went down, she was too busy talking about her boyfriend problem with the customer who I notice didn't leave a tip. Waited five minutes before the next server finally came out tip just went down. The second server she was nice, got my order the first time without me having to repeat myself I liked that she deserve a raise. But unfortunately the first server ruined the tip. It's ashame because I believe food workers should be tipped not that they really served me, but for doing a good job. But the first server was rude and I don't reward bad behavior.
