Excellent food, the crab-n-corn chowder is super tasty. Shrimp basket is on point too. And the staff is beyond friendly, exactly the kind of people you want to meet on vacation. Take a walk on the boardwalk after you eat and you have a perfect trip.

amazing food and incredible service. my spouse and I were exhausted and so hungry, we walked in and they had just closed. the guy at the register said I'm sorry we just closed, however John, the incredible cook, said to have a seat and we could have what ever we wanted. Best grilled chicken and cheese burger we've ever had! we will be back. if your in the area, what a great place!

Restaurant is much different than before with very limited seating. Everything is boxed up and easy to eat on the go however. Great adjustment since the fire they had. We got a fried grouper basket with fries. The food was amazing and priced well. Don't miss this experience.

Food was outstanding could not be any better. I was very disappointed in the dress of the employees. They look as if they were pulled off the street to work. Such a nice place for fine dining for employees to look so shabby. Putting on a Spouter shirt with khaki pants would be a big improvement. However the food was absolutely great.

My husband and l are here tonight for the first time. Everything from the soup and salad to the main course and desert was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very efficient. Awesome dining experience. We will be back. I highly recommend this restaurant

Dinner dishes were good, but dessert is where they really stand out. Peanut butter pie was delicious - but the rest of the tray looked just as appetizing. So hard to pick just one! Maybe bring a friend, order two and share. For my main course I did the chicken piccata, which comes with either jasmine rice or mashed potatoes with mixed veggies. Veggies were fresh and potatoes were good without being too heavy. The special was a grouper stuffed with crab meat. Friend said was fresh and had nice flavor with a light crust. Outside seating is the way to go if the weather is nice. And boaters can pull up to the dock for dinner. Only challenge might be finding parking on a Saturday night downtown.
Had a great time at the Spouter last Saturday night. We were a party of nine including three children. We tried the trigger fish special, stuffed flounder and grilled seafood sampler. All were great! The one meat hold out said the ribs were really good too. Combine that with a table on the deck with a beautiful sunset, terrific service from Hope and great drinks for a wonderful birthday celebration. Highly recommend for a relaxing dinner.

Then there are the in-house made desserts...unbelievably good! There is a reason that the Spouter Inn has been around for 30+ years...do yourself a favor and check them out!!!

Very good place to have supper. I had the mixed grill and it was superb. Ice tea unsweetened was also brewed perfect. Very clean and staff was top notch. This was my second time here and plan a third next time in the vacinity.

Delicious food, great outdoor seating right on the water. We went for Sunday brunch, wife got the seafood omelet which was excellent, I got the Eggs Florentine, also very good. The dessert tray proved too tempting to resist!
