If you want something different in Beaufort, you won’t be disappointed with Vietnamese cuisine! Wonderful family owned businesses like this are needed in Beaufort. Menu has variety for everyone.
PHO!!!! So satisfying (and FYI not just seasonal; it’s a permanent menu item now - we asked). We slurped our way to the bottom and then drank the rest. Awesome summer rolls, too. We’ll be back to go through the rest of the menu. Everything is homemade.
Excellent! A must try in Beaufort.

Viet Street Eats offers a phenomenal brisket pho that is a permanent menu item. The pork with fried rice plate features very traditional fried rice and authentic pork seasonings. Shrimp rolls are a big hit, and the summer rolls are awesome. Everything is homemade and satisfying.
