Food was mobile order & they said it was a 20 min wait. It took them over 20 mins to get it ready. They don't care bout customer service or the fact that people have to work. They have no structure or order in preparation at all. This store needs a MAJOR reset in staff

I am only here to say thankyou to the team. I placed a curbside pick up and of course I entered in the wrong vehicle info (was in finaces car at the time) and still after waiting for less than 10mins a nice person came out asking about the order. Thankyou for coming out and asking and not assuming. We would have been there for a hot minute waitin all because my brain no work. Thankyou!

Earlier today The manager at the Bojangles was extremely rude. I had waited over 20 minutes and watched several people get served. They had forgot about me and instead of apologizing they got an attitude even more. The girls cursed at me. The Customer Service is just going downhill.

I’d rate it -5 stars if I could. Absolute worst Bojangles restaurant in NC. Same thing every time - nobody at drive thru and you wait 10-15 minutes inside at counter. They don’t acknowledge you. They chat with each other and ignore the customer. Same two people every weekday morning at 6:30 am. I walked out after waiting over 10 minutes at front counter. They saw me standing there. They choose to ignore customers. I could accept a “Be with you soon”… but nothing. Ownership should fire everyone and start over with people who give a crap.

The bathrooms nor the dining area had any hand sanitizer/soap. The floors, and all tables were dirty, some tables in disrepair. The mashed potatoes tasted old & warmed over, the fries were dry & overcooked, I'm not even going to get into the chicken. There was no prepped food available. The employees were all talking, playing on their phones, and horse playing. It looked like they were having a play fight with the food tongs which is disgusting in itself. I could also hear cursing & yelling coming from the back which is more than unacceptable in itself. The parking lot was also littered with some trash. This is the most disgusting poor excuse for a Bojangles that I've ever been to, and if it's a franchise, the owner should be ashamed, and reevaluate their choice to invest in such an endeavor. By far the worst Bojangles on the planet, with equally horrible & unprofessional employees. The only room this location has for improvement is to fire all of its employees, bulldoze the building, tear out the parking lot, and leave it as a vacant lot.

Fast food restaurants aren't the same anymore. The prices are ridiculous, and the service is horrible. There are not many fast food restaurants worth going to.

I am a sucker for Bojangles! When I travel down south I just can't resist. There was not too much to love about this one. Not real clean. Chicken was dry. Pepsi Zero was out. Food was not hot, barely warm. I'm sure I will end up at Bojangles again but it won't be this one.

Stopped by for my lunch break, and it took 30 minutes for a Bo chicken sandwhich with cheese and bacon. After I got out to the car I checked, and they had forgot my cheese and bacon, and there was a chunk already token out my sandwhich. I would never stop by this establishment again!!!
