Atmosphere was good, service was fast however that may have been the problem to fast! chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way didn’t finish it and drink had no flavor very got a large and got small fry disappointed considering it’s newly redone which it seems a common issue with chicken sandwich not being cooked all the way should have checked it before I left was running behind tho

I've been to this Bojangles several times and it's always the same experience every single time..
They never put seasoning on the fries so I always asked for extra seasoning and then they still never put it on there so I have to get them to either take my food back and put it on there or give me extra...
I always order a side of gravy inside of gravy is almost $3 after taxes and every single time my cup barely has any gravy in it at all and if I'm paying $3 for just gravy and the cups are already small I would like a full cup..
But it's not even just that it's really just the service The attitudes and the people that work there basically shouldn't because there's no way you can have an attitude like that and still work in customer service especially fast food..
Don't waste your time go somewhere else.. The Mount Holly one way better..
Not even mention the parking lot at the Belmont one is atrocious to even get in and out of.

I mean when you put your on,one order in and it’s says 30 mins. Ok cool you get there 40 mins later cuz I know there a little slow. They proceeded to tell me it will be 10 minutes our fryers went down. Then you come back 10 minutes later for the chicken you for and hour ago, guess what they said sorry it will be another 15 minutes because we have to season the chicken. I mean just close your store you guys suck.

Came to get a 3 pc tender combo for a family member and it didn’t taste right and to be quite honest the chicken had black specks all over it. I pulled back up to the bojangles to wait in the line for a refund and upon pulling up to the window and asking for a manager lady with two teeth in her mouth came and asked me what happened. I explained the situation to her that the food doesn’t taste right and she says “ that isn’t possible because we just changed the grease “ then proceeded to go and speak with a few other managers that said the same thing again and then they proceeded to make racial comments about how I’m white I just don’t know flavor. I am indeed not white. I am Hispanic but anyways . Then the lady came back and asked for my card and then says here “ ma’am your moneys back on there please exit the drive thru “ long story short if your food is messed up here they get butthurt over it and your the issue not them.

Inside closed for renovations and the drive through is automated only no live person to take my order. The automated voice can’t understand my voice and I have to keep repeating. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

When I say customer service is on point at this location they are wonderful even with them having renovations going on the food is still amazing. This location made me enjoy bojangles again it brought me back to my childhood days after school with my little brother .
