Was very excited to have a chipotle in Belmont, but this one needs major improvement before they should have opened. The drive through took 25 minutes waiting for an order that should have been ready 40 min prior. They also messed up my entire burrito. It was missing 4 ingredients I had ordered and added corn salsa which I did not want (I hate it). Burrito was terrible because of this and all they offered on the app was a free drink for next time.

Horrible experience using the mobile drive through. Poorly managed. A lot of us left our place in line and went inside. Mobile order placed for a 6pm pick up. Almost an hour. Just opened to boot.

Terrible service the people inside have no idea what they are doing and refused to give us sour cream after asking multiple times even tho they had it in the back but said it was only for to go orders to me that makes zero since at all all the employees had attitudes I won’t be coming back.

The food was delicious honestly, I don’t have any complaints regarding flavor or proportions! I ordered online for pickup through DoorDash and waited quite a while in the drive through, got to the window and I was instructed to pick my order up inside at the side counter station :/. That was the only issue for me, wait time. The employees were polite, location looked cleanly from what I seen inside! It was just extremely busy which is to be expected as the location is new and I went on a Friday night! I’ll definitely return as I’ve always loved chipotle, hopefully all the minor things will soon figure themselves out with time.

I'm going to give them some grace because people are leaving bad reviews without taking in to account that they just literally open. Everything is going to have some hiccups in the beginning. It's plenty of room for trial and error right now. Yes the meat was salty, it continously ran out. So we really want understand until some of you stop acting like you've never been to freaking Chipotle before. The line is out the door everyday. I usually wait for new businesses to slow down before going but my daughter really insisted on going really bad. Yall did the same thing when Whataburger came. We didn't have that good of experience but I understand the reason for it. We will be back in a month or two to hopefully give a better review. Keep working hard guys!
I was really excited to try the new Chipotle in Belmont since I usually love Chipotle and expected everything to be fresh with it just opening. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The food did not taste fresh—the black beans were hard, everything was overly salty, and the bowl wasn’t even filled properly. The chips were stale and so covered in salt they were basically inedible. The guacamole wasn’t even filled halfway and was already turning brown.
They were also out of Coke, which was frustrating, and I waited in the pickup line well past my scheduled time. Spending $20 for one meal, the quality was not acceptable. The staff member at the window was kind, but overall this was a very bad first impression for a brand-new location.

Food was about a 6/10. The chips were stale, which was disappointing. What bothered me most was the attitude of the young ladies working there. They were very inattentive. On top of that, my bowl was poorly portioned and noticeably unbalanced. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations compared to other Chipotle’s I’ve visited.

Super happy to have a Chipotle in Belmont. I went on their second day open and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the portions were generous compared to other locations, and everything tasted fresh. New places always have a few growing pains, but overall this was solid and I’ll definitely be back.

Do not order from here around lunch time on the app. They prioritize the drive through and line. I’ve been waiting an hour for my food and they are refusing to just give me a refund

Super happy to have a Chiptole in Belmont but definitely some flaws to workout even on the second day of being open. Highly suggest a manger or owner should be present at all times this first week as most food was out at 11:30, lines were not moving, and workers already seemed stressed. Will revisit rating down the road once they figure things out.

I got the steak and chicken bowl. The sour cream melted on too of my cheese it was very watery. Basically ruined my dinner. The chicken was good flavorful. The portion size is very small. No one greeted me and they were packed.
