I went out of the way to get to a Hardee's because I haven't been to one in a long time. It was beyond disappointing. While the speed of service was quick, the food was almost inedible. Perhaps that's why I was the only customer in the drive through. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns. The biscuit looked and tasted burnt. And the hash browns tasted like they were fried in old oil. Hopefully the cook was just having an off day.

Still closed 30 minutes after opening time on a Tuesday morning. Every time I go in or eat their good morning crew is just awful it's like they don't even want to be there. Why do you work a job you don't want to be at.

The food was pretty good. Kind of short on that extra egg I ordered, but it's not the end of the world. The biscuit was above average and at least meat and egg was hot and fresh. Service was definitely lacking. NO SENSE OF URGENCY.. NONE! If they at least acted like they were trying to move a little faster, I would've rated them a little higher on Service. They were kind of friendly, but nothing special.

This Hardee’s is the absolute worst in the drive thru. The ordering is sooo slow. I sat in line at 11:30 to get breakfast before 12:00. I FINALLY got to the speaker at 12:03. Yes I was in line that long. I was told we quit serving breakfast. I come here EVERY DAY on my way to work. But no more!!!!

My food was fresh. The services could've been better if they didn't have em employee running outside after every customer. That's what the other employees were pissed about, too. Still got my food fast.

First visit since moving to Belmont in April. My friend and ai went inside. No one was eating inside. The 2 employees behind the counter never acknowledged our presence as we stood there for a good 3 minutes. We finally turned around and walked across the sticky floor and left. Will never go back.

I'm wondering why the employees seemed to have an attitude when I asked about my missing hashbrown that I ordered online. The service was very slow, and I don't think anyone would want to wait that long for their food or drinks
