This Hardee’s use to be so good food was hot. Your orders came correct.. The employees actually cared about their customers ! Hardee’s Belmont NC, you should shut your doors, fire everyone there because no one cares about the quality of the food or the customers. Someone should remind them it’s us is the reason they have a job!!!!!I door dashes a biscuit and gravy. Well biscuit cold and gravy cold greasy it was disgusting I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! The inside of Hardee’s was dirty it looked as if no one has swept or mopped in years . The ladies room was nasty dirty ! So overall I will not eat there ever again ! I would eat McDonald’s first and they’re not any better ! I hope someone of importance gets this message and makes a trip to that store ! If anyone in this company cares which the way it was I doubt it, take a trip to Belmont NC and see for yourself

12/26/2025 went in and no one was at the counter, one lady came and scanned the register grabbed food to go and left. No one spoke to us for over 5 minutes . The lady trying to help customers was overwhelmed.

I ordered the Frisco burger, chicken tenders and fries via online. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. However, the food and the location was a huge letdown. The building needs an extensive renovation or refresh. It appears very old and outdated. The fries were nothing special but what's expected. But the chicken tenders were small and overcooked. The biggest disappointment was the burger - dried overcooked pattie and bun not grilled.

I don’t normally post reviews like this but the franchise owners treat need to retrain everyone here. Haven’t been to a place this slack in a long time. Floor is disgustingly dirty (hasn’t been mopped seemingly ever, your feet stick to the floor), it took 20 minutes to order with one person ahead of us, and 2 of 3 orders came out incorrectly. Very inefficient and dirty!

I ordered a bacon cheese burger. What I got was a wet hockey puck with cheese on a third of the burger and half a head of lettuce. I don't expect a gold-plated burger served by the Queen's royal guard, but McDonalds has better presentation and their food looks more appetizing than this for the same price. Burger tasted alright for what it was, and the only decent thing I got was the fries which were great. It also seems to be a running gag that the employees are rude, and unsurprisingly the person who served me was short and impatient with me.

The burgers here are always good and the people here are friendly and fast. It's a shame they close at 9PM now instead of 10PM. I used to go here every night at 9:30PM to get a burger right after work. A real shame.

Now I just go to the local 24hrs Taco Bell.

Sunday morning nov 2nd the lady inside needs to be sent to customer service training. The south point fire department had a order they got it wrong never apologies had a attitude with every customer. Customers walking out made her happy
