Saw this food truck at Lowes on Ramsey street. We ordered shrimp and grits, Mac and cheese, collards and banana pudding. As we were at the stop light, I began opening the containers and we sampled our food. It was so delicious, we turned around & went back. We ordered a smoked turkey sandwich, cheese fries, more shrimp and grits, a second banana pudding and some of his lemonade. It was all delicious!!! Chefs Commissary is a food truck with amazing food. The wings and cheese fries, turkey leg plate with Mac and cheese and collards, and the smoked turkey sandwich are all delicious. The sauce is not too sweet, very flavorful. The shrimp and grits, banana pudding, and lemonade are also great. The food looks just like the menu picture. The owner is a very nice, helpful, and wonderful person who can cook. Absolutely recommend.
