After not having great food the last time we decided to give it another try. We ordered for about 15 ppl on Mothers Day. We had Chicken Parm orders, Buffalo Chicken Pizzas, and 3 other different pizzas, cheese steak sandwich and a bunch of wings. All of our food was excellent!!! We asked for extra sauces for the Pasta and everything was ready to go and online. We will all very pleased with our food!!!

The worst Stromboli I have ever been served. Visibly undercooked, the dough is still raw. SHAMEFUL!

I give up on Joe's ...it's gone down hill. Pizza was burned, chicken Parm was burned and breading was fallen off, Alfredo was hard and chicken didn't have flavor. When I walked in I wanted to run away, the place was filthy and the guys looked at me very inappropriately. So sad, this was my favorite pizza place in Belmont.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I have to with this place. I called to order a plain stromboli - just mozzarella cheese. The person I spoke with said I wanted a calzone, because the stromboli had toppings inside. I stated that I wanted a stromboli because I didn't want ricotta cheese. Instead of just making a stromboli without toppings, he insisted I order a calzone without ricotta cheese. Okay. Then, I asked if I could pay over the phone, and he says I can pay when I get there. So, already, I'm not happy with the interaction. But, I go get the calzone and and appetizer, and the whole thing came to almost $40. Fine. I get home, open the box, and the calzone is undercooked. You can see that the dough is not fully cooked. Plus, it's tiny. Not worth the amount we paid. I will never order from this place again, and I strongly advise anyone thinking about ordering from this place to take a hard pass. I'm sorry, but this was my experience.

Update:
Wow. I think this place has changed ownership. This used to be the gem of Belmont. Now it’s the embarrassment of it.
The food was inexcusable. The dough wasn’t just “a little undercooked” — it was raw. Gummy, sticky, and doughy in the center like it had barely seen the oven. This isn’t a minor slip. This is basic quality control completely missing.
Calling to place the order was the first red flag. The person who answered had music blasting so loudly I could hardly understand him. I had to repeat myself several times. When I told him I was at a well-known location two doors down, he had no idea where that was and asked for the full address — which is concerning for someone handling local deliveries.
Then, without warning, he said delivery would be an hour and a half… and immediately hung up before I could respond or cancel. No confirmation. No professionalism. Just click.
This place used to be dependable, friendly, and worth recommending (enthusiastically!) Now it feels chaotic, careless, and completely indifferent to the customer experience. Belmont deserves far better than this level of decline.

Take out only, but it truly is the best option in Belmont. Pizza is thin crust and done right! The cheesy bread was personally my favorite but the garlic knots were also fantastic. The prices were really good for what we got. We also really loved the marinara sauce. We will definitely return!

What happened to this place? It used to be really good. We waited an hour and 40 minutes and received cold burnt pizza that tasted like cardboard. Wings are horrible. I never complain but do yourself a favor and get Dominos

I love this place! The food is delicious and the people are delightful! As someone who is from Buffalo, I am very particular about my pizza and wings. Joe’s consistently knocks it out of the park! Do good. Be good. God bless. Go Bills. Eat Joe’s Touch of Italy!

Made order online and paid for it but when I went to pick it up they claimed they never got the order.
Our last order wasn't fully up to the standard we were used to. The antipasti salad was differently prepared and not as good. As well, the house dressing wasn't as good. The pizza was still very good. But something definitely was different.
Seems like they changed ownership. Quality of food is way down and pricing seems to be up. Rough language came from the kitchen one of the times that I was picking up food. Most likely done since the last 2 of 3 were bad experiences.
Wondering if they are under new management. We have been eating there for years and it has always been good but not the last time. They had the best chef salad it Gaston County; not anymore. The last one was completely different, much, much smaller and no longer worth the price. This is a real shame. We loved that place. I sincerely hope they get it straightened out.
