I ordered a small cappacino and noticed that they raised the price on it AND made the cups smaller, but I wasn't too mad because I figured it was uncontrollable for the restaurant, but I took one sip and noticed they didn't even fill my cup all the way, so I'm paying more for half the product? Make it make sense, please. I'm done giving my business to all McDonald's in general.
They are typically really fast and always give you fresh food
When you need a McDonald's there's no substitute.
Pure laziness at night that they switch to cash only with no signs and no explanation as to why.

I am utterly shocked by the appalling state of the McDonald's in Belmont, North Carolina. When you think of Belmont, you usually picture a community with wealth, so it’s hard to fathom why a dining establishment would appear so neglected and unclean, especially one where people come to eat.
As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by litter scattered across the floor. The trash bins were overflowing, with refuse spilling out and patrons resorting to piling their waste on top of the overstuffed cans. It was impossible to find a proper place to dispose of trash. I documented this with photographs, which I will include in my review.
After placing an order, customers receive a table number to signal where their food will be delivered. However, the staff seems too indifferent to return these numbers to their rightful place, expecting diners to do it themselves while they eat. This is nothing short of sheer laziness.
To add to the chaos, there was a random rolling cart trashcan just sitting in the middle of the floor, as if someone had started cleaning and then abandoned the task altogether.
The mess on the floor was exacerbated by the overflowing trash cans, leading patrons to toss their garbage on the ground or leave it on tables. It was a truly revolting sight.
Meanwhile, the staff was hanging out in the back, absorbed in their phones and goofing off, completely ignoring their responsibilities. To make matters worse, two employees were casually enjoying their lunch in the lobby while the entire restaurant descended into disarray. It's baffling to witness such neglect.

The woman working at 1am, Marla or whatever her name was, was very rude to me. I placed a mobile order for two pies while I was sitting inside eating and then when I asked for them at the counter she told me three times I need to go to the drive thru. I explained to her that I just downloaded the mobile app today and I didn’t know it defaulted to drive thru. She needs to learn to be nice to the customers and stop treating people like that.

Have to say I almost gave up on McDonald's. The last few times I've been the food has been awful, servers were rude, and always messed something up but NOT AT THIS LOCATION. It was a pleasure to eat here from the service all the way down to the food. Good to know there are still some good locations out there!

dear mcdonald’s i love yall and i respect y’all but i ordered 3 apple pies and i only got two and my coffee WAS NOT warm and there was no sugar in my coffee.

Love this mcds. They have several booths right up against the play place so you can watch your kids. It’s a nice play place, too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they don’t have diaper changing tables, which is surprising for a location that has a play place.

Ordered a mcchicken meal deal, a McDouble meal and free nuggets through the app. Our fries were ice cold and the ice in our drinks was melted and didn’t even get a mcchicken. Later saw in the app that they ran out. They could’ve told me at the window etc. extremely disappointed, no customer service once so ever.

Waited about 50 minutes. The food was warm, fries cold. It was a mad house customers were complaining in the lobby. Worst service e ever!
Use to be the best one around. Definitely not anymore. What happened to the night employees. They don't care at all and definitely don't care 1 bit about door dash drivers..
Both Friday and Monday, when I've gotten a big Mac meal from here, one with med fries and one was large which they up sized without asking me, the boxes are half empty, you should get what you pay for and that is not the case here.

Quick, efficient service. Ordered my usual custom iced coffee and it was prepared perfectly! Thank you! Hoping to grab a holiday pie soon...or two or three!
