Just ordered for delivery. Drink was not delivered was told by delivery driver they handed him the bag and that was all. The bag wasn’t even sealed. Went in a few weeks ago to order 3 subs, they were pretty much out of everything. The lady behind the counter was nothing but rude and didn’t care whatsoever. Tried to go across the road to the other location and they were closed because no staff showed up. These locations need to be closed, they are unprofessional and do not care.

Placed an online order specifically requested my food. A certain way was not given as instructed specifically written on there and I’m missing some of my items and I waited an hour. to have it delivered literally two minutes away from the subway store because I’m working and I work across the street. Stuck at work for another three hours so I had no choice but to eat it if I can give a negative stars I would!! I didn’t wanna even put the one star, but I have no choice where I can’t post a review. There’s always an issue when I go to this subway or when I get food delivered from that subway!

They were out of so much stuff. I ordered the new spicy steak sub and they were out of the bread, which was fine wtv then we got to the toppings.. How are they gonna let me get the sub and not have the sauce or pickles or anything really I get it's busy but they could of at least told me they don't have the main thing to the sub?!? If you go here wish you luck.
3/30/25 Dude working behind the counter was doing the best he could. He was the only employee there, which is indicative of terrible management. He was super nice despite a crappy situation like that. Fire management and give him a raise.
Not happy with the service that was provided, the employee doesn't even know there jobs. Out of stock on so much and was charged for extra meat they didn't provide it on the sub. Paid for a subway club and got a turkey and ham. SUPPOSABLY NO ROAST BEEF. was asked repeatedly what is a subway club. Didn't put cheese on the subs.The two teenagers acted like they wasn't in the right state of mind.Asked who the owner is and the girl said her mom and wouldn't provide a name. Paid for three footlongs that wasn't made right.Meatballs was made with another type of sauce that had chunks of tomatoes in it.I will take this to the head over franchise if not replied to.. Thanks
I can't even rate the food because they refused to serve me their excuse was we can't make a sweet onion chicken teriyaki without toasting it and they're toasting machine was down
They were out of multiple items and the food tasted stale

I just left Subway at Walmart in Belmont North Carolina. I put special instructions on how I wanted my sandwich to be made and it’s like they did the complete opposite. My sandwich is so hard, I cannot eat it and I’m trying to call the restaurant because This is unacceptable and I’d like to go back and get a sandwich that’s made how I want it, but they won’t answer the damn phone

Second time I've waited more than 15 minutes without an employee acknowledging me. The two available were moving in slow motion, in competition to avoid taking another order. They're focused solely on to-go orders and are not interested in in-person business. Manager finally pops in and begins making a sandwich for the guy behind me for some reason. I threw my hands up and left. Will not be back, and will let others know to avoid this hot mess.

My girlfriend and I both ate at this subway against my better judgment and we both got food poison. I stopped going here years ago because the store was dirty and the people wasn't very sanitary, long story short, girlfriend talked me into trying it again. First thing when we walked up, I ask where is all the meat? They have replaced the clear see through food covers with metal covers so now you can't even see what they have or what it looks like, I wanted to leave again at that point but my girlfriend gave me that look and said it will be alright, but you know what girlfriend, it wasn't alright, you know why ? Because now we have food poison. Anyway back to my rant, typical mollinial attitude like you would expect at most fast food places, very short, not friendly, basically, just give me your hard earned money so I can get back on my phone attitude. Long story short, I will not ever return to this Subway again as long as I live. You can have it Belmont but not this Ole boy.
