I ordered food from DoorDash and it was missing a whole meal. Tried calling but they clearly didn’t want to answer the phone stayed on hold forever and never got an answer.

I was shocked and disappointed by the unacceptable behavior of employees at this location. Not only did they laugh and mock sign language behind my husband's back, but my teenage son also witnessed this disturbing behavior. It's essential that employees understand the importance of treating deaf individuals with respect, kindness, and dignity.

Online order said pick up between 1:28 and 1:33… I showed up at 1:43 and it still wasn’t ready. Place is very dirty inside and customer service lacking. Received the order at 1:48

It’s convenient to our house, so I wish I had better experiences here. Always place online orders that are never ready. Walked in today 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready because this is my expectation. Was told it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later I’m still standing here. Finishing this review after we received our order. Made it home and the two blue cheese we ordered didn’t make it in the bag.

I just want to take a moment to shout out the Black Excellence I experienced today at the Wingstop on Wilkinson Blvd. The two Black customer service reps who helped me went above and beyond — they were respectful, attentive, and truly took care of me like great customer service reps are supposed to do.

It felt good to be treated with kindness and professionalism, and to see young Black employees representing our community with pride and excellence. Y’all deserve your flowers — thank you for making my day and for setting the bar high.

Keep standing out and showing up for Black Excellence in customer service. You are seen and appreciated!

I just stop at the wing stop in Belmont and the two little boys in the back ignored customers while they were prepping food. No kind of concern or sense of urgency to get orders out or customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Long story short: JUST DON’T GO THERE
My first experience, I got home and found out my order was incomplete. No big deal it happens.
My second trip there, A few weeks later I got home and found out that my order was incomplete.
3ed visit Ordered on line, I was to pick it up at 5:30 and it was not ready until 5:55. They assured me that I had everything but when I got home, you guessed it I had nothing for the grand children.
At this point I had not left a review but I did contact the corporate office. They offered to replace my order.
The next week, the day that they were to replace my order I received an email from corporate assuring me that my order would be ready at 5:00pm. I called at 4:10 “yes we have your order and it will be ready”.
I entered the restaurant 5 minutes early and they had no idea what was going on. So once again I get home to my family of 13, this time with nothing.
I contacted corporate again. They offered to replace the order and have it delivered to my home today. I was not at all surprised today when I received an email today telling me that they CANNOT fulfill my order at this time.
I have eaten at hundred’s of restaurants in my life and I have never experienced one like this. The food, well it’s chicken wings how bad or how good can it really be? The customer service is beyond unsatisfactory, it is horrible.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere’s else.

To WS restaurant and corporate office, you should be ashamed of yourself for the lack of customer service and attention to details.

I came in today and was truly disappointed with the experience and the food. First impression was the place is filthy. This location is only several months old and already trashed. I judge a restaurant by how clean their lobby is and it was gross. I almost left but I promised my daughter wings. Fries and wings were clearly fried in dirty oil based on the fact our clothes and hair smelled like it, and the fries tasted bad. Perhaps the most disappointing thing was that the manager (or franchise owner) stopped in and not one mention to employees of how dirty the place was. Doesn't take much to notice a filthy door, filthy floor and tables. The wait time for food was also ridiculous. Was told 15 mins for 6 wings and fries and it was over 30. Totally unacceptable and wont waste our money there again.

One note is that the young woman that took our order was very nice. She was the other reason I didn't walk out right then and there.
