I went to Dunkin this morning and was very disappointed. First I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the bag was tore down the side, I only had 1 napkin (didn't know there was a napkin shortage now) then I ordered a large Mocha coffee and there was no, cream in it or splenda in it and the cup looked like it had been used before. There was chocolate smeared all over the cup and it was sticky. I have never had this kind of service at this location so I was very disappointed. Usually...read full review
Very nice kind people working there!
Went in earlier. They were slammed but everyone behind the counter was working hard to get through the rush. forgive me if i misspell any names, but tara, leah, tay, dom and camorra all deserve raises for their hard work. most places would be getting backed up and stressed with that many customers but they handled it like a breeze. thanks guys

Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that generally provides a decent dining experience. The staff are often friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist customers, even in busy situations. The manager always brings amazing energy and a positive attitude, and the hardworking crew is truly appreciated. The women working the drive through were very friendly, patient, and kind. The customer service was so awesome. The avocado toast was on point, the pumpkin latte was awesome, and the apple donut was enjoyed. Overall, Dunkin' offers a relatively clean and welcoming atmosphere, with the staff being a highlight for many customers.
