Three of us went in for burgers. I wanted a shake. The waitress seemed great initially, but quickly proceeded to forget about our shake, the side salad we ordered, and checking in on us. The service just went downhill from there. Staff was friendly enough, but the burgers barely fit on the buns and when we finally did get our side salad it was barely a side.
If you're going to eat here just keep in mind that it's mostly teenagers and service isn't their priority.

This was my 3rd time ever eating from this restaurant, and I won't waste my money here again. The Carolina Classic was not good. The chili & coleslaw were extremely bland. The onion rings were also not tasty. My 1st experience at this particular location. Angier and Knightdale locations had delicious food. The drive-thru worker was polite

Walked in at 8:50 and sat down and ordered food and had not realized they closed at 9, all of the workers had smiles on their faces and everyone was in a good mood and all around an amazing environment considering I was sitting down ordering food 5 minutes before closing time. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a food chain and that says a lot considering I was eating my food 10 minutes AFTER they where supposed to close

Not sure what happened to this place. It was dead on a Saturday night which should have been our dead giveaway. Food was ok…. Servers were complaining who was going to take the next table….maybe 5 total tables in entire place that had guest. Poor guy that was picking up takeout…. I bet he waited 30 mins for his ice cream after receiving his food items. Not sure we will be back. Good Luck and hopefully this place figures out some better systems for the future.
I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. My milkshake came out melted I didn't get any sauce, and I asked for fries and got tater tots instead. I had to go back inside and they fixed my order but I was not satisfied with the service or the condescending tone taken by one of the cooks.

Was going to support our high school band program. Had chicken strip plates and honestly chicken was as good as I have every had from any fast food type of restaurant. Service was fantastic. Recommend and will be going back.
