Big things happening.

Quaint Italian eatery that you wouldn't expect to find in a strip mall. Awesome wine list and charcuterie. Their menu should be a model for all Italian restaurants. A lot of places have WAY too many options that aren't unique, are overused, not creative, and unoriginal. It hampers them and doesn't allow them to produce excellent dishes like Quanto Basta does. They have the perfect sized menu with a proper good selection of dishes that you can tell are freshly made with care.

We stopped in here real quick to grab a small appetizer before heading on out to a local event. We got the cheese platter, which there are two to choose from. We asked if we could get a combination of the two and they let us know that was no problem. It was a great cheese platter! Lots of variety of different cheeses and meats and plenty of dips to add that special flavor. The staff was super friendly and courteous...going out of their way to make us feel at home. My wife said she was going to add the location to her and her friend's locations of local wine bars to frequent. It's on our list to visit again soon to try out more of the full menu. I'll let you know how that plays out!

Always enjoyed this place but for the first time, we asked for bread (not unusual for an Italian Restaurant) and the waiter said ok. That was it. Never said another word and brought 2 thin pieces with butter and oil/vinegar on the plate Not bad....Except the bill showed a charge for Bread-$4.95. For 2 thin slices. If it was a basket I may not be writing this. Maybe.... Suggestion: let the customer at least know before you bring it out. I would have said forget it. Or tell us the charge since it isn't listed on the menu. Honestly, I'm more shocked than angry. Live and learn.......but you won't see us again.

GREAT neighborhood Italian with wonderful food, good service and a nice wine list. No reservations are accepted, so you may wait a while. It's worth it. It's small, but the bar offers full-service so you might grab a seat there if there are no tables. The Caesar salad is very tasty and every pasta dish I've had was good.... very good. The service is excellent . Give it a try for something a little special. (it's reasonable but not cheap - might not be the best spot for small kids).

Apparently there is another location of this restaurant somewhere in downtown Winston-Salem. I liked this location a lot! Well appointed interior, great glassware for a cocktail. I had a brand new bartender who struggled to recall how to make a Negroni (not a common drink so I wasn't worried about it, but I enjoyed watching him work with the challenge). I ordered the Salumi board - it was delicious! Throw some pickles and salty meats at me anytime and I AM HAPPY!!!!! I also tried a pasta dish that was unremarkable and I actually forgot what it was. I would recommend the gnocchi my neighbor's were eating. It looked and smelled perfect! You won't regret a visit here.

We enjoyed a delightful and delicious dinner at QB West (Bermuda Run) this evening. It being Friday night we were in the mood for a more casual Italian dinner and QB offers an array of options from classics to the unusual and more elegant t dishes. My husband ordered the traditional baked ziti with a side of meatballs which was outstanding and a perfect portion! I had the Alfredo pizza with spinach, mushrooms, etc! Their pizzas are amazing and there was plenty left over which was boxed to bring home! Along with great wines , we topped the evening off with a butterscotch, salted caramel dessert! Yummy! Perry was our waiter and was attentive, Informative and fun! QB has become one of our favorite dining spots in the Bermuda Run area!

Pretty terrible experience, I hope this isn't the norm. Ordered a baby green salad, it was fresh with bright veggies but the basil vin was bland. After ordering main course, the server returned 10 minutes later to inform us they were out of risotto..at an Italian restaurant..got it over angel hair (their recommendation) instead. Bland. The pizza tasted like Pizza Hut, not Italian style. The most disappointing part that drove me to writing this review was the dessert. Ordered a tiramisu..how could they mess it up? For starters they shouldn't even call it tiramisu. They should warn ppl that it is THEIR version of tiramisu (cake and cream cheese, huge chunks of chocolate and globs of icing stuffed in a glass jar). Was terrible. Nothing was good..except the salad. God that tiramisu was so gross.

Great hand-made pasta in a more family-friendly setting than the West End location. The prices are good for the quality of food you get. Usually great service that can get bogged down just a little bit when it gets busy. The wine list is disappointing for a place that bills itself as an Italian eater and wine bar, without a single Barolo or Brunello on the list.
