Food was OK. They only have seafood on Fridays. They didn't have seafood on Saturday when we went. Service was great though. Staff was friendly and their German chocolate cake was divine.
First visit. One of us ordered a chicken quesadilla and couldn't handle it. There was no charge and she was allowed to order something else. Another ordered meatloaf (the daily special) and enjoyed it. I had fried okra, greens, and fried squash. The greens were excellent, the other was very good. Didn't much care for the squash.
We have now visited Southern Spice twice. We have enjoyed everything that we have eaten.
The customer service is outstanding, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is very nice.
